Get your head out your own ass. (that's to the thread's creator too). I didn't think it would be another Vietnam - just a quick act of revenge (right or wrong). But if people want their own opinion that's their choice. Anti-war protestors shouldn't have to apologise to anyone for their views.

And conservative parties have always been anti-freedom (wtih the odd rare exception). A coupla hundred years ago they were anti democracy, last century they were anti-women's suffrage, now they are anti-gay rights.

They're always prooven wrong in the end

The term liberal and conservative basically did a switch. Before 1929, the Conservatives were against small government and for isolation. Today the Liberals are for big government and isolation and the Conservatives are for small government and free trade.

Anti-gay rights are for the better. Its not like they deserve any rights anyways.
