[FILEMANAGER EDIT]
ccm01 has susbended his leaderhead creation, but these leaderheads have been reposted here:
Stalin: stalin.zip
Hitler: ccm01 posted Hitler v2 in this thread orignally. Therefore this thread has been renamed to just Stalin and the uploaded Hitler file is in the other thread.
[/FILEMANAGER EDIT]
Josef Stalin Animated Leaderhead v 1.0
Adolf Hitler Animated Leaderhead v 1.2
Made By: ccm01
Description:
These modifications replace Catherine with Josef Stalin as the leader of Russia and Otto Von Bismarck with Adolf Hitler as the leader of Germany. Only the PCX and FLC files have been changed. If you desire to use these modifications, you will have to edit the civ3mod.bic yourself to change the Russian leader's name to Josef Stalin and the German leader's name to Adolf Hitler accordingly. The facial expression changes are very subtle, although noticable. I also opted to not make modifications to the images to represent the four different time periods in the game (this will come later as I become more motivated).
Installation:
Please back up your files before using these. If you blow up your machine after installing these, don't blame me (as you were advised to back up your files)
To use, simply unzip and copy the contents of the unzipped folders into the corresponding folders in the Civilization III\Art directory (i.e Stalin\Advisors\CA_all.pcx to ...\Civilization III\Art\Advisors) and say "Yes" to overwrite the existing files.

Thanks for the interest in my project. I did the Hitler one first and, in hindsight, I regret that I didn't make him more expressive when happy. However, in my defense, the facial expressions are much more noticable when viewed full size (the images were reduced for posting purposes only).
The next leaders on the way are Churchill and FDR...

Just want to make sure I understand how to do this. You extract the ace file into i.e stalin\advisors\ ca_all.pcx and civIII\art advisors folders? Also how do you edit the civ3mod.bic file to change the names?

Staedtler,
To edit the civ2mod.bic file:
1. Launch civ3edit.exe (located in the Civilization III install directory)
2. Select Edit Civilizations from the drop down box
3. Select your Civ from the drop down box and edit the leader name in the appropriate fields.
I hope this helps. If not, I will post a more detailed description if necessary.
Papalenin,
You must download all 5 of the following Stalin files before unarchiving them (they are split up for easier downloading):
stalin11.ace
stalin11.c00
stalin11.c01
stalin11.c02
stalin11.c03
I hope this helps. If not, please let me know.
enjoy.

Yes I did all that but I can't open all files which are not .ace
What program do i need to open them? and where does flics go?
Cause i was able to open the first file which was stalin11.ace it contained flics and when i put them into civ3(into flics directory overwriting the old ones) I checked all the pictures of leaders I know but all them had fat cow catherine. So how can I open stalin11.c00 stalin11.c01 stalin11.c02 stalin11.c03 and where does flics go?

You need to have Winace to unarchive the files. When you download the files, make sure you have all the files in the same directory before you unarchive them.
You can get WinAce here:
http://htls.com/winace/wace211.exe
hope this helps

I do have winace with which I was only able to open the first file, but other files are not winace compatible the ones which end with c01-c03. Now this is what I did. I downloaded all files then I unzipped the first one which was stalin11.ace that was fine. Other files which were c01-c03 I was unable to unzip because the system didn't found the proper program to open it with. Then I went to command prompt and renamed the files from stalin11.c01-c03 to stalin1.ace. It opened them this time but when i tried to move them to civ3 directory comp said "not valid ace archive" or something like that. I have winace version 2.11.

Forgot to ask what do u mean by that? Should I fuse them somehow into one file, cause I tried to open them one by one.

When you double click on the .ace file it will automatically unarchive all of them (including the .c00, .c01, .c02, and .c03) together.
