Well my grandfather wasnt a Nazi, he had Russian blood in him. Had they known this, he probably would of went to the gallows. But he was conscripted. He did gaurd duty at a Jail in St.Lo. On the night of Overlord Resistance cut the lines so badly, he and some other guys got in cars and ran messages all the way to Paris and Le Harve. A hours later the city was bombed to oblivion. He surrendured in Falaise 2 months later...he had bad memorys of the slaughter there.

I never met my grandparents, any of them. The last one died when I was 3 or 4 years old and I remember nothing.

I am sure all would had very interesting stories to tell.
Especially my father's father who had fought in three wars, Balkan Wars, World War I and Minor Asia.

Hopefully some of his stories passed on me through my father.

Also, I laughed my ass off when I was reading CGN, followed the link, and saw it leads to the Conquer game... in forum under my moderaton, where it's roleplaying. LOL!
