Yep I think so. They can also do it using what i have termed lately as a "dirty bomb" which is a load of radioactive stuff attached to high explosives. It does little physical damage but just makes the whole area uninhabitable for the next 500 years. How marvelously inventive we humans are.

I know i Im a late comer to this thread but I voted that I have another idea.
First of all I also back Isreal 100% and I also dont believe a word that any Saudi spews.
Isreal has been fighting for their very existance for 50+ years and have shown,in my eyes, incredible restraint.More restraint than my country (USA) has shown toward those who would like to kill us.
My plan you ask? Here goes.
1.Assasinate Arafat
2.Deport every last one of those damn muslims.Dont care how.This means not only Isreal but also the occupied territories.
3.Proclaim ALL lands currently under Isreali rule to be The new state of Greater Isreal.
4.Build the biggest friggin wall imaginable around the entire country.
5.Tell the rest of the world that if ANYONE f**ks with them again they will face a nuclear strike.
6.Tell the rest of the world if they dont like it---TOO F**KING BAD.

I still like my neutron bomb idea.
Here's my plan:
1. Neutron Bomb Iraq, Egypt, Libya, Somalia, the entire Arabian Peninsula, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan (I actually don't mind these guys... maybe we can let them come to America and manage our 7-11's), Uzbekistan, Chechnia, Albania!!!!, uhmm, and any other Islamic nation. Then we let Israel have the entire middle east to Iran, and India can have Pakistan, Afghanistan, and half of Iran...
I would say neutron bomb Africa... but they're screwing themselves into extinction with AIDS, so that problem will work itself out.
It's not a racial thing, its a cultural thing. In order to have peace and stability, you need to have some sort of cultural continuity. All of these conflicts are culture clashes. I know wiping out cultures are Nazi style tactics (and I hate Nazis cuz half my family was killed by them in WWII), but with the world's population exploding, these conflicts and wars are too costly to allow them to continue. There needs to be a fair ultimatum. Throw down your guns... or be neutron bombed. I think it should be fair to allow innocent people to escape these regions. Then we can allow them to live better lives in the West. And possibly allow them to repopulate their homelands.
In 25 years, the world's population is projected to double. We need to solve the problems that start conflicts now... because in the near future, famine and global warming are going to present new problems that will take the world's attention to solve.
