I tried reading as much as I could...but ..geeez...
I was once told by my mom...a couple years ago that I
"was not pretty, but I was good looking"
At first I was like well f-you mom. BUt then as I began creating my own definitions of "pretty", "good looking", "beatiful" and the like..I understood.
Not many women are pretty...You do have to have some sort of INNOCENT appeal to you. Like a doll...whimsical..I dunno. I've seen a few "pretty" girls.
GOOD looking-something about the bone structure. A prominent jaw, or cheek bones. A great smile, eyes, hair....
Beautiful-just all around good looking. Not having to try hard to make jaws drop. Barely any makeup. Soft hair, piercing eyes. a strength in your walk, talk, overall self.
Sexy...sexy is a state of mind. theres no LOOK to it. You just gotta BE it. you carry yourself like you KNOW the other is going to want you. NOT cocky..not conceited..a sultry confidence...yeaaah

Well, it does nothing in particular for me, but at least its not a beer belly
Whilst I'm interested in sex or physical matters in regards to either gender or any species, I do like to think I can still appreciate beauty, and that which is pleasing to gaze upon, be it in a male or female situation.
Therefore, I would have to say that the human feature that I find best looking is the face, and particularly the eyes (no pun intended)
It is an oft used cliche that you can tell a lot about a person from their face, but it is true to some extent, and whoever said the eyes are the mirror to the soul has my vote of agreement.
A set of deep blue eyes is indeed a memorable sight, and a pair of black eyes evokes thoughts of pools of water at night. Green is also quite nice, depending upon the situation.

You'd better. My business partner, who I've known for years, and who is female, beautiful IMO, and one of the most quick-witted and funniest people I've ever met, is also absolutely brilliant. She is probably the most intelligent human being I've ever come across - certainly in the top two or three.
She would also (assuming she even acknowledged any male who made such a remark) be inclined to rip your balls off and feed them to you. Going through life viewed as a piece of meat first and foremost, then somewhat grudgingly viewed for your accomplishments tends to make one a little touchy about these things. And it doesn't take a majority of "men" to create that - just enough, just often enough, to create that undercurrent that you're never taken seriously except in terms of your perceived ****ability.
Despite what a lot of "men" say about liking intelligent women, they're still viewed by many as just a piece of ass. And the number of men who are willing to put up with a woman who is more intelligent than they are seems to be a pretty small minority. (the "yeah, she can make millions and take care of me" approach doesn't count here) A lot of "men" want them to be smart enough to be some challenge, and not embarassing in front of your buddies, but let's not push it too far.
One of the more "interesting" (i.e. depressing to disgusting) features of the female with beauty - brains conundrum is even in a work setting, if a woman who is extremely intelligent also makes an effort to dress well and look good (even within professional / business limits), she's noticed more on the looks side than the brains side, far more often than not. I've seen it firsthand every so often, my business partner lives with it regularly.
