For once, I have to agree with Panag. The new editor will probably replace all of the work done on most utilities, so it'll be best to see what's left to be done after it comes out.

Your just about spot on there, I'm gonna wait until the XP comes out and then see what I can add to the game to make things easier.

You could probably just wait until the next patch. It's doubtful that many patches will come out between now and PtW in a few months.

I have Civilizations 3
Pentium 2, 450mhz 128meg(ram), 16meg voodo 2, windows98

When i start it and try to open a saved game I get an ANNOYING
ERROR!!! and it closes the program!!!
