Thanks for the summary! Clearer this way. Greater Finland could annex Norway to it's western areas unless someone objects. If someone of my trusty governors desires to add it to their province, do tell.

How about becoming part of the glorious Finnish Empire, and govern Afghanistan and Turkmenistan (that's the closest to the ME you can get). With our current empire, some more ME territory in the near future isn't entirely unthinkable ...

In the mean time, the Greater Mongolian Navy has reached the remote Western European river delta of Greater Holland. It is promptly renamed to Antwerp, and becomes and independent state allied to Greater Finland.

Well, there we have it. The Pact of All Pacts was signed at 3 o'clock this afternoon. Those who weren't eating watercress sandwiches where munching on Eastern Europe's famous Turkey Shish-ka-bob. Despite a few assasination attempts from my happy citizens, the event went smoothly. No dolphin armies were seen anywhere around East Europe...however, all along the Bosphorus huge armies are amassing, each soldier screaming in unison one name: "Vlad Guy History! Errr...Vlad History Guy!!"

The Quito and the Honolulu pacts are obsolete in this world of global confrontation. And as the Honolulu pact signatories accepted me as an ally, I propose the signing of the Lima Pact, that would consider the creation of the SPA - the South Pacific alliance, covering all nations on this side of the planet, opposed the evil finnish hegemony.
