There's no such thing as bad publicity...
This just makes teenagers who hate their parents/society/whatever want to shop there more. This isn't a ploy to sell thongs to 10-year-olds. They want to sell more of them to 16-year-olds, and may whatever deities exist strike me down if it doesn't work.
