hmmm...this is a tough decision .

VOte for me and you vote for more detailed instructions! I wll try to look at all possibilities so that the prez ALWAYS knows what to research. For example, after plundering navigation from heliopolis, cavebear did not have any instructions because our next tech was not a choice. There will always be at least 3 techs in order of priority to research, in case some of them cannot be researched.
