Age of consent should be related to an individuals desire and belief in them selves. Why not have a license for sex? Go through a series of exams to learn about the complications and possibilities then go for it - just show someone your license first. Maybe even tie it in with yor drivers license...

Age of consent laws only work when they're set at the "normal" spot. There's always going to be exceptions...I know some 30-year-olds that wouldn't be allowed to legally drink if I had my way, and 15-year-olds that should. But they're no basis for an argument.
