I met Svensgaard (AI) some time ago, and on his map I can see one of the Angels' Bases. Can we assume that Sven would have given me the frequency so I can talk to Arcainite?

we have each others frequencies from the start, so I cannot ask him to sell it. Does anyone know if there are rules about this?
Sven is my pact brother atm, so I doubt he wouldn't give it to me if I asked, if u want I can even pay him a small amount of energy (as a gift).
