After the debacle upon the "Unity", seven leaders and their followers embark on a fateful journey. Each making their way towards planet-fall in respective escape pods. However the horror has not yet ended, three of the escape pods have slammed in the ocean ! Survival of the human species will now depend but upon four factions, and not be benefited from those who have surely perished. As for the remaining, a rocky - bumpy landing is their welcome to "Planet". Exiting from your escape pods, you notice that it will probably take at least a whole year before you can even establish a base... Yang, Santiago, and Miriam's comm. signatures all show as flat lines on your vid. screens... Ah well, you ponder... With those gone, perhaps we'll be able to build, grow, and prosper on a Peaceful Planet.
Welcome to a Krysia's Krusader Kreation !

Rules were like this IIRC
I propose these settings, but I'm open to suggestions.
Large, Random map
Erosion, Native Life, Clouds - average
Oceans - 30-50% map, maybe a little more
Game settings:
All victory conditions are on
Look First: On
Tech Stag: Off
Spoils of War: Off
Intense Rivalry: Off
Directed Research (pick your own techs)
No Unity Survey (map not visible)
Pods are scattered
No Random Events
Time Warp: Off
Iron Man: On (doesn't matter in PBEM)
Rules:
• Communications - None until in-game contact, obtain commlink, or build EG
• SE switch "quickies" forbidden - (obviously you can experiment to see what effect various SE choices have, but cannot change, play moves, then change back in the same turn)
• Council notification - immediate broadcast to all players (Post in the thread and e-mail to all immediately by player who has called elections, citing candidates and votes. After each player's turn, post in the thread the running totals)
• Do not place Stockpile Energy in your build queues
• Crawlers Upgrade anytime - OK
• Probe actions: Must choose vendetta option when probing other players, unless you have previously gained permission to probe by e-mail.
• You cannot bribe the AI on council votes nor to demand withdrawal of units
• Cannot use the right click feature for multiple drop moves to extend range (ie limited to 8 tiles unless owning the Space Elevator SP)
• Cannot use the 'set waypoint' feature for automatic worm hunting/lifecycle enhancements
• No accepting pending treaties/pacts *after* declaring vendetta in the same turn
• Cannot use the F4 feature (or the bases feature of the F2 screen) to change an infiltrated faction's workers to specialists.
* You cannot trade bases with the AI. It is okay to gift a base to the AI.
On the accepting a pending diplomatic offer I think it should read " after taking offensive action in the same turn"--
This would cover the situation of two factions ar war where A offers B a treaty or pact. B could gobble up a couple of bases and then accept the treaty meaning an incensed A would have to be the one to break the treaty. It probably does not matter since with NO AI, reputation hardly matters.

I agree with all rules. However...I would like to do trade bases with AI and bribe AI votes. All I have to do is to find some AI to do so
