Pathetic Porn dialer stuck on desktop Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations

I need help. I was hangin in a gamers chat room in AOL chat rooms. I get an IM for some porn, accidently clicked it. I DIDNT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING


Yet everytime I reboot my comp I have a sexdialer Icon and a pop-up asking for credit card info

Help please. This is annoying, and apparently after locating the buggers file structure. It takes up 77mb of pure crap. Everytime I delete the structure it returns when I reboot my machine

run msconfig. it's somewhere in there. uncheck it in the startup tab of msconfig.

Get a bigger avatar today!

You can probably kill it a number of ways. First, you can probably go through Start > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs. The other way is to find the main file, and run a search on it. You'll probably find it multiple places. Kill 'em all.

Lots of seemingly innocent sites (and other people) are installing cr*p on your computer without asking.

Had something try to install without asking from CNN a couple of days ago (a banner at CNN actually). ZoneAlarm squawked and I was able to terminate it. I think there should be a law against it.

FOund that POS in MSconfig. Its cleverly disguised as "Loaded.exe" and I typed it in the "Find" feature and found a shirtless girl icon .exe file.

Blocked it. Thanks! I hate this sh!t

Ahh ****. Well, not only is it back but when my cpu boots up it actually goes to a black screen that says Loaded.exe and some other stuff before it says "Windows 98". And its back in my config, back on my HD, and BACK ON MY DESKTOP

you did delete it right? all copies of the program? consider doing a registry search for loaded.exe and removing that line.

fg. Look on the config.sys and autoexec.bat tabs. You will prolly see a reference to it there. Be very careful in there.

Maybe a simple virus scan would do it.

If it's infecting your Config.sys and stuff it should be classified as some sort of virus.
