I'm pretty sure the best combo is Dem, Green, Know, Eudaimonea. That's how I voted.

Seems to me that it gives the most plusses.

I used to run free market, cybernetic until I took a good look at it. Green covers the cyber efficiency. Eudaimonea takes care of green's penalty and adds +2 industry and economy. I dunno, just add up the freakin' numbers and it's better.

I'm suprised how few prefer Wealth when running Eudo... You have +4 Effic covered from Green&Demo, and IMHO +1 industry & +1economy is better value than +2 research & +1 Effic. (altough only in the presence of commerce). Your morales screwed either way with Eudo, going from -2 to -4 doesn't hurt much more.

But Green + Eudo + Fundie + Knowledge... now thats a killer combo.

Cloning Valts are not really my fave SP, since all the new citizen are drones -that can be annoying- and my favourite SE is Demo/Planned/knowledge/EUdaimonia, I have a +6 growth anyway.
Of course, if I have the Cloning Valts, no one else has it. (Id like to be able sometime to deactivate them...)

just use specialists. convert some workers to empaths a turn ahead, and crank up the psych to at least 20%. plus, eudaimonia comes in too late, and you don't even need it if you're running demo/planned: you just need creches.

Taht is what I do. But honestly, I kinda dislike micromanaging every base to anticipate the drone. I'd prefer they warn me before the Drone riots like a pop-up bos saying : "There will be Drone Riots next turn if we dont do anything".

Anyway, about the 20% PSY, its a real waste with the drones. They're not able to produce huge loads of energy, so the 20% PSY wont be very effective. Plus you wont have these credits converted into labs, which are really needed for Drones. Its far better to have specialists and no PSY in SE.

As well, what specialist produce is not wasted by any inefficiency rate.

But if I was restricted to the choices of this poll, I'd instead go for Democratic/Planned/Knowledge/Cybernetic

well, the way i see it, its better to have a size 14 base with 4 empaths (+2 econ and +2 psych IIRC), than a size 10 base with all workers. besides, i have the psych at 40/20/40 from market anyways. you'll be making more energy and labs on 40/20/40 with market than you would be at 50/50 with green or simple.

at the very least, in getting the vats you'd get the penalties from power and TC taken away, and deprive the AI from it
