sorry about that Urban Ranger, but it will be a while for I seriously tackle my infrastructures (right now I'm just making small incremental improvements in terms of infrastructure). Without significant educational increases, there won't be enough high-techs employees for building most tech industry. Right now trying to make a really tight economic system that won't collapse when I start seriously building the infrastructure. My country is already out of debt, and my next step is to continue improving state corporatioins quality while getting enough money together to start giving out loans, thus providing a secondary source of income. Once that's done, I'll lower my tax rate enough to pay off my corporate loans, using my subsidies from loans to make up the difference. Then I'll pump back up the tax rate, start ramping up education and efficency big time and building more high-tech industries, using the leftover low end workers to start building an army to conquer my neighboring provinces (although it will undoubtly take a while to get to that point).
In the meantime, Scumlandia Enterprises (my corporation that I'm using mainly to help out my Country, I'm not really interested so much in raising my corps score) has just built a company that sells attack helicopters. If any country is interested in buying, just mail me in the game.

News from my country, Tantallon.
My best companies are a production plant company (72B), a car company (42B) and a computer company (46B). The computer company is new, I'm amazed at how fast it has grown. My own dotcom bubble, maybe?
I have a core of effectivity upgraded companies with an average value of about 20B. These include 2 vacation companies, a bread company which is doing well despite the global surplus, 2 services and 2 chemicals.
I also have a fringe of dying companies, experimental start-ups and companies the computer started.
My long term problem of a lack of medium level workers has been dramatically replaced by a lack of high-tech executives. My education system is working flat out to keep up the supply.
My health care system is complete, as is my education system.
Most of my other indicators are in the high eighties or low nineties.
I'm the chairman of the Apolyton Federation for some reason. I joined it when someone asked, but now I'm the only member. Apolytoners are warmly invited to join the federation, by the way.
