German World Report
A statement from Berlin today says that radification of the INC is probable, based on the first draft writing. Members of the Senate today talked about concerns during a radio interview. One Senator questioned the voting rules. Does each country have an equal vote? Does any country have the right to veto? How would a tie be broken during votes in the INC? Another Senator also brought up the point of the amount of time given on a issue for voting. In his statement, he said he would like to see the General Secretary set a voting time limit. So that we do not put the world in a state of pause for one vote. The time limit would vary, based on the urgency, and would be set by the GS. A Senator spokesman this morning, said A memo has been sent to Slav leadership requesting the change.

The actual reason why the Englishmen though the response from the french was harsh was because it was actually in FRENCH, which altough It could be understood by this player it sounded in french much more strong then the english equivalent.
something like: "Don't even think about it, scum of the earth"

About the recent communicate from the french governement our prime minister seemded to find it of less consequence and said:
" ... This was obviously a misunderstanding and unlikely to create any international incident. Our intention towards the french government was to call their attention for the fact that England is no longer a "no-man" land. We could not establish the diplomats location close to French border because such border was unknown to us."
When asked about the french threat of army forces, the prime minister responded:
"... That comment was obviously done with a "hot head", is unlikely that a small incident like this could escalate, but the Englishmen are a powerfull nation and we can for sure defend ourselves if ever needed, and you know not only the French have friends and allies. The world is a donut and there is a lot of people out there, besides as I understand the slavs have a defense pact with the french not an agression pact"
When asked about how he forsee the british should act, he stated:
"... as I said before the british have nothing to fear and we stand the open hand towards friendship with all nations. In upholding our word we welcome diplomatic EXCHANGE with france, and since they fear to trade maps we will offer ours to them (land only, no units) so that they will feel no fear from the unknown and have no reason to wander on our territory."

The prime minister have just signed on the law that creates the anglican church, which is under the crown autorithy, having our queen as supreme ruler on earth.
All the churches on the land should convert to the anglican creed and any attempt from foreign nations to spread other religions amongst the british could severely hurt the relations with their original countries.
"The Englishmen are united on their creed, we are one people under one G_D!"

The Statement of Slav Confederation goverment
We think that problems between our great ally France and England will be resolved in peacfull way. We want peace so any war arguments shpuld be talk very carefully. But if there will be an open conflict we will stand on French side as loyal ally. But our Nation do not want and need the war. We think that:
1)England should apologize France and send the statement that this situation will never happen
2)France should accept the exchange offer from England with possible contribution of 100G to France for brutal deportation of French diplomats

The British empire apreciates the intermediance of the Slav Confederation on the French incident, and have already stated that England will NOT be an agressor, but will NOT stand still to an agression either (as first stated by the french governement).
Unfortunatelly after so many years of political uncertainty the economy of England cannot withstand donations to ANY cause.
We have extended the hand of friendship and will present unilateraly France with our maps, this is the extend that we will go. With the signs that France also wants peace we will be more then happy to go along with a diplomatic EXCHANGE.

Yesterday the Head of Slav Confederate and Primate of Ireland met in Moscow, on the Kreml. The Primate excused SC for his unpleasant statements, and Head of SC proposed the peace treaty in the reply. In 20 minutes two sides agree on 5 points Peace treaty. It is it:
1)We will not attack each other
2)We will estabilish the embassies with no problems (for example destroy diplomats)
3)We will cooperate in trade relations
4)We will share maps every 20 turns (after meeting of our units of course)
5)The both sides must ask each other if they want to enter to their territories
After 1 day Primate of Ireland flied to Dublin. He invited Luk Castle to Dublin when he will have the free time.

Irish Government Statement
The Pontiff was greatly pleased to be invited to the beautiful city of Moscow to meet with the Slavic Head of State.
In the course of their discussions earlier misunderstandings were resolved and we look forward to a long and happy friendship with the Slavic people. Though prior commitments precluded us from joining the full Franco-Slavic Alliance we were able to sign a comprehensive Peace Treaty that should do much to ensure worldwide stability.
Though a mutual defence pact formed no part of our treaty obligations the Pontiff wishes to make clear that he would view any assult upon his Slavic Brothers as an attack upon himself.
The Pontiff once again expressed concern that no responce had been forthcomming from the Viking leadership as to the establishment of a permanent diplomatic presence within his realm. The Pontiff hopes that the Viking's will respond positively to this peaceful gesture but if it is unwanted they are assured that no embassey will be established. Regardless the Irish people have heard rumours of a strange tribe living to the east and would request the right of passage for their envoy through Viking territory.

Frazer, great leader of the Vikings today made the following statement:
I greet the news that the world is at peace and free of conflict with a glad heart. I must apologies with my absence from international affairs recently, which has been unavoidable due to pressing internal matters of state.
I would like to take the opportunity to invite all nations of the world to establish embassies with the Vikings. I currently have a team of diplomats under training and hope to establish Viking embassies soon.
I would also like to assure all nations of the safety of diplomatic units in Viking territory however I would also like to to stress that any other unit (i.e Military, Slaver, Clerical or Settlers) may be attacked if they trespass on Viking land without first seeking authorisation.
I would also like to meet all worlds leader’s face to face, and propose a summit meeting to cement and improve international relations, at some time in the near future.

Irish Diplomatic Statement
The Pontiff is delighted with the news that he may be permitted to establish a permanent diplomatic presence in Trondheim.
He also welcomes the suggestion of an international conference via ICQ. The marked improvement in Irish/Slavic relations stemmed from just such a direct meeting.
The Viking leadership need have no fear as to infiltration from Irish spys or clerics as we are but a peaceful and peace loving people who desire nought but happy coexistence with our neighbours.

People were happy today in the capital when news from the misunderstanding between England and France to be on its way to be solved went public.
The Vikings' leader speach was also very well recepted in the high corts and diplomatic relations with this great country shall be establish soon.
As a matter of fact, now that the internal situation is starting to get into shape, London is likely to spend more time adjusting its foreign relationships.
A formal invitation for meetings with our emmidiate neighbours is expected to define agreedable borders and peace treaties to hold them.
The good times in England have definetly raised the spirits in our land and a national holiday was proclaimed to celebrate such ocasion.
Let all be known that for this day and on the third thursday of November on each year shall be celebrated as a day to thank G_D of the good things he gave to the people of England, and is the desire of the queen that from this day and on this holiday shall be called the "Thanksgiving Day".
The prime minister was inquired to comment the latest developments, but he denied saying he was at personal time observing the thanksgiving day with his family.
