The Royal Academy of England invites the researchers of all friendly nations for the "1st Conference on Industrialization Methods and its Impact in Transportation (air and land)".
The heads of the conference are Lord Taylor, known for his work on timming and procedures and Sir J. Fulton recognized authority in steam motors.
Those researchers willing to be part of this effort can send telegrams directed to the British Royal Academy. Due to the strategic nature of this technology only researchers from friendly nations need to apply. Irish and Vikings researchers are specially encouraged to submit their requests.

The prime-minister veto today the request from the house of lords to put the English army and navy in alert. Here is a section of his speech explaining its veto note.
"I'm a reasonable man by nature and I cannot believe that reason will not prevaill amongst the French and Slav people. I'll resist to calls for war, above all "hot-headed" public figures, because I ,more then anyone else, know the destructive power of the forces under my command. I cannot conceive to war until there is a shread of chance for peace. Notheless, for those that mistake this position for weakness, I beg to realize that only the strong can allow themselves to look weak. If called to war England will be ready and consequences could disastrous on both ends, like wars allways are. History has proven again and again that the only winners of a war are those that do not take part of it."

The statement of Slav Confederate Goverment:
The Slavonic people have the fully rights to all the lands on the east side of the continent. That lands belongs to Slav-French Zone from the beggining. We will not accept the rights of nobody who wants to have the own rights to the lands on east penisula. The fully rights to this continent has only this civilizations which lives on this continent fully. We do not accept the colonializm and nobody whose civilization is on the another continent will be teaching us whats us and what is not us.
It is the problem of English to solve this situation not the French and Slav problem. We are awaiting for proposition to resolve this sitouation and we are open to all, but we have to say one more time - all lands on the east side of the continent are belongs to Slav and French people. Nobody will be ruling this lands without respecting vote of our nations.
According to our last statemnet we want to say that we do not want a war on our continent. We are peacefull nation and we will not first raise the sword to attack. But we will defend the rights of our people to indepediency. The English are great nation and we do not want to fight with them. The peace is very worthy value, and we will be doing ecerything to mantain the peace state on our continent

In the statement there was the bug
not east but west side of continent.
This statement was written before the read of message that English has alerted army.
We are very aware of this because we think that it is no need to do this because Slavs and French didnt never say nothing about war.
This action can do many complications and we are sure that it is not a declare of war to Slav Nation because we do not need the war.

Just a reminder to the Head of SC, in fact you WERE the first one to mention military action on your memo to us. True, that you apologized afterwards, and that was why I veto the request.
England has gone through the limits to define borders with all our neigbours and avoid unecessary conflicts. We are still confident that a solution can be reached in this case as well.

The Slav Govemrent apologize English Prime Minister and thank him that he rejected the request to alert the English Army. It wouldnt be good to our futher relationships. We accept the English rights to the lands near Norwich, unless you treat our Slav and French Minorities good and you do not try to expand to the heart of continent. About Canadians... They are full right owners of this continent and they will be definitly treated the same like every country which have most cities on this territory. Every try to conquer any Canadian City will be treated like the attack to the stability of our continent and we will be defending the rights of Canadians to this lands. Your city is a colony and will be treated under colony treatment. On this territory you must know that you have no full indepience of your decisions and we have to opinion every important decision you make. If we notice that you try to build in our lands the fifth column we will immidiatly react. But know we dont see any reason to argue so we can start to live in peace.

If the French-Slav union accept our latest border suggestion, which is basically your first proposal plust the river banks as they pass by Norwich then and agrement is definetelly at hand.
Our people look up to a striving relationship with all our neighbours, we are an atlectic and intellectual oriented people with regards to the rights of all minorities (except religious, as exposed earlier we don't accept clerics from foreign origin).
The british are proud to live by their word, with a border agreement in place, the French-Slav union can be sure that no british unit will enter their territory unless has explicit permission such as given to our ambassador (which BTW if fluent in french due to his ancestors on the mother side) or as part of an international effort as possible determination of a League of Nations such as the INC proposed by the Slav goverment.

Ladies and Gentleman,
I apologize to inform that in near future I'll have to pass the command of England to a substitute.
My professional live have taken some unforseable turns and I will be travelling most of my time from now on, and will be really difficult for me to keep it up.
My boss just quit (that's why I could not reply to you right away Luk on the border issue) and 3 things can happen.
1 - I might be promoted, take his place and end up with a his and my job. (not likely  , since he makes almost twice what I do)
2- Somebody else might be promoted/hired and I'll have somebody riding my last nerve left for a while. (more possibilities)
3- or, finaly, which seems to always happen, I will not be promoted, will assume his work load and expected to perform accordingly .
In any possibility, my work load will sky-rocket and I'll not be able to keep up with the game.
I do intend to hold my end until a substitute can be found though, so don't need to worry about the continuity of the game.
I intent to make a smooth power transition and pass on the strategy and plans as well as alliances and borders along for my sucessor. After that is up to him/her.
The country is great shape now, and I'm sure it will not be difficult for somebody to assume.
I apologize again  , if I had any idea that this would have happen, I would have never asked to join the game.
Again, I'm still around and will play until a replacement can be found (hopefully, with the same profile that I have)

The country was taken by surprise today with the news that Lord Trial would not run for another period on the government taken by his end of year address to the nation. The parlament elections will occur soon and it is expected to happen the first smooth transition of power in England.
You stay now with sections of Lord Trial's speech:
"... personal reasons take me away from public life. I'll go with the assurance that I've made my share for my country. I've taken England in anarchy and return it with a well stablish monarchy, a prosperous economy and a strong Army and Navy. So much has been acomplished on the relatively short period of my ruling and I'ld like to thank the British people for it. I'm sure much more will be done for now on."
"... in the international arena, our advances acomplished a definite border with our Irish neighbours and a strategic alliance with this fellow nation.
Embassy exchange in on going with the Vikings and a border proposal has been formalized and will be passed on to the next prime-minister for appreciation. Intensive technology exchange is expected to follow.
On the French-Slav border, altough no formal border agreement has been signed; it looks like an agreement is within reach and as an englishman I'm sure the next government will know how to act."
The prime minister finished by stating that if he is as sucessfull in his personal life as he was with England, then we are likely to see him again on the political arena.

Sophanthro accepted his new position today, being endorsed by Lord Trial, whose overwhelming popularity greased the wheels for Sopanthro's election. The opposition was minimal, as Sophanthro recieved over 90% percent of the votes in parliament. Sophanthro was also heavily endorsed by the powerful Lords of England.
"I will attempt to follow completely in Lord Trial's footsteps" Stated Sophanthro, "His actions will serve as a shining example for my decisions"
"I will honor all treaties, and agreements setup by the honorable Lord Trial" said Sophanthro, trying settle any uneasiness that the bordering nations may feel.

Official Welcome From The Holy See
The Supreme Pontiff was saddened to note the departure of the noble English leader King Trial from the contemporary political scene. This understandable grief at the loss of such an able leader of his closest neighbour was however tempered by the news that Prince Sophrano was to acceed to the English Throne.
'A better successor could not have been wished for' said Pope Jon. The Primacy can be sure to look forward to many years of mutually beneficial cooperation with it's English friends under the renowned leadership of their new King.

Well, this is a busy time for me, seems like there is a holiday every third day lately. Plus I still have to go to work every day, and take care of my family. I'm sure everyone else is busy too and I hope you are able to enjoy it. The Slav Goverment is very happy that english people very fast elected new Prime Minister of their Country. We are sure that with this leader we will estabilish better contacts and we will be living in the peace.
We still have no answer from all of the nation about the INC proposition. That organization would be the guard of international peace and indepience of all nation. It would be great if all nations would sign this proposition
