Luk Castle - the Head of Slav Confederate met with Slamp - The president of Mayan Republic. They wre disputing about the peace treaty and all observers say that Slav and Mayan leader become very good friends. Slamp invited Luk to the Coplan - the capital of Mayan Republic.
The negotiations between France and Slav are in progress.

There was a strong crisis between the allies. The Slavs wanted from France the discoveris for free. The argument was that, the Slavs giave the land near Prague to France for very low price of 400G. The French goverment offered the good, resionable prices and the agreement is very close.
The statement of Slav Confederate about INC

The Prime Minister of SC sent the statement:
" The SC wants to reply to the German Republic Authorities about the INC project. Yes all countries will have a veto right, but without countries which are in conflict. It is to have sure that the actions will not be against indepedience of any country, and INC will not be used to imperial policy by no one. All countries has the equal vote, and as I said the actions must have the approve of every country, without that which are in conflict, which INA wants to resolve. The SC wants to have the opinions from all the nations."

The Petersburg and Charkow will be founded in next 4-5 turns. The people celebrate this fact. The goverment annouced the "program of 16 cities". The French and Slavs are renegotiating the borders. The English will be invited to disscusion too.

The Head of SC was invited to Dublin by Primate Jon. Both sides was disscusing in very firendly atmosphere about world situation. The both sides agreed that many countries are not try to present their opinions to the public

The Flag's were waved in the streets of Dublin to greet the President of the Slavic Confederation. The talks held between the Pontiff and President Luk were both productive and furthered the goodwill that existed between our two nations. It was agreed that we should exchange Ambassadors as soon as maritime transport became available so that full formal Diplomatic links could be established.
The Pontiff was delighted to be invited to Moscow to attend joint discussions with both our Slavic and Viking friends. The Pontiff agreed to wholeheartedly support the Slavic proposition for the setting up of the INC saying that anything that aided the cause of World peace and cooperation was to be welcomed. It was good news indeed that the great Viking leader Frazer also agreed to participate.
The assurance from the Viking leadership of free passage for our diplomatic envoy through their territory was further cause for delight for we can now assure the Germans that they will soon no longer feel isolated from the rest of the civilised World. If an Irish Embassey is undesired by the German leadership we would appreciate advance warning for the journey is both long and hard and we would feel deeply saddened were we to find our envoy turned back at their borders.

Irish Diplomatic Statement
Following a series of meetings with English delegates we are pleased to announce that mutually agreed formalised borders between our Nations have now been established.
In a personal meeting between the Heads of State it was agreed that good relations should be cemented by the signing of a formal treaty upon the next turn.
Good news indeed for the Irish people so long anxious about English instability to find that they are now enjoying the rule of a wise and just leader who values peace as greatly as does the Pontiff himself

The Viking Nation held a day to celebrate the world peace of our time and the
establishment of a new Embassy with the English. It is known that Frazer has made a
proposal of Scientific exchange as a token of the good will between the Vikings and
the English and it is hoped that the English accept this exchange.
Meanwhile a Viking Diplomatic heads towards the Irish. It is not thought that Jon has
any objections to a Viking Embassy.

Children rejoyce in London as news of a peace treaty and the prospects of permanent alliance with the neighbour Irish nation had been aprooved by the house of Lords are made public.
The cultural exchange acomplished with the Vikings, neighbours to the east, which for so long were a self secluded people, add to the sensation that we are living the best of all times.
Borders talks are undergoing between England and Slavs about the North territories of our great nation and some agreement/compromised is expected soon.
Cartographers are starting to look to the Viking border and study fair proposals to the friendly nation as next step.

Slav-French Union annouced

The Heads of Slav and French Goverments signed the treaty which changes the Slav-French Alliance into Slav-French Union. From now both sides will be cooperating in all steps on the international area. The forces of two countries will be cooperating in defending the Slav-French Zone - the land which are under protection of Slav Confederate and Kingdom of France. "We are now the strong political force on the international arena" - said Luk Castle - Head of our goverment
Parliament did not agree the resolution

The parliament throw away the proposition of resolution created by Slav Socialdemocratic Party. The socialistic minority wanted to accept the borders with England. The leader of Goverment from Right Powers Alliance - G. Jawlinski said:" We will not agree to anti-slavonic, and expansionistic proposition of England. We will defend our rights to our east lands".

Irish Diplomatic Statement
With great joy today did the Conference of Cardinals formally ratify the Treaty of Alliance between the Holy Irish Empire and The Kingdom of England. 'King Richard is indeed a most wise monarch and together we shall see a brighter future' proclaimed the Primate upon being advised of the English agreement to formalised Alliance status.
The Cardinals were further gladdened by news that yet another cartographical exchange had been agreed with our Mayan friends. Soon we shall be able to exchange ambassadors and further our already warm relations.
Praise was heaped upon our brave envoy still trecking his lonely way to make contact with the legendary, some say mythical, German people of the East. The only maps he has to work with are old indeed but of Viking manufacture, and therefore certain to be trustworthy, and will enable us to open yet new doors to friendship and understanding.

This is a official note from the English goverment....
The prime minister is overwelmed with joy by the alliance reached with our close neighbours the Irish. We hope that another possible aliance is within reach upon border negociation with the Vikings.
Our cartographers are currently studing a fair offer to this friendly nation.
We were saddened to the turn taken by our talks with the French_Slav Alliance over our North territory borders. The good people of Norwich had lived on that land all their lives (at least from the begging of the game); They are not invaders! England had removed itself from the diplomatic negociation after the difamative campaign to which we were targeted on the Slav nation. The recent telegram from the Slav's Prime Minister Grigorij Jawlinski, had made the hopes in our goverment grow that the ultra-right-wing vote in which they refused our reasonsable offer was a spurrious one in which the congress was controlled by a minority.
Understanding that such things can occur on any enlightned government, England has instructed its diplomats to resubmit our last border proposal, which was no more then the border the Slavs had originally proposed plus the river banks that Norwich depends on to its survivability.
We would like to place to all friendly nations that this offer was already a much smaller territory then originaly claimed by England. The first claim was over the whole peninsula, which we have mapped way before the French and Slav peoples. After consideration and much to our own peaceloving profile we decided to adere to the proposed border of the Slavs plus the needed resource.
We understand this to be a reasonable claim, and we will not back from the right of our citizens to live on the land of their ancestors. The Slavs response was out of proportion and totally unexpected.
We finalize by asking the Slav people to conceed that self-righteous claims and intolerance are the way war is created and peace is the only way nations can prosper together.
Furthermore war can have drastic consequences on all sides and is our believe that no gain (land or money) can compensate for the loss of lives; nonetheless England will not stand still upon agression.

Berlin has been recieving news this week about a border dispute in the Slav/French and English areas. We have heard the English side of the story and are interested to hear the Slav/French. The English claim they had the land first and accepted a smaller area then they originaly wanted already. They ask only for the river area in question.
