Welcome to this new PBEM session, the scenario lasts from January 1889 to February 1914, so it is a 300 turns scenario.

Ok, if Yaros, who is the moderator of this PBEM, agrees and nobody has any problem, Fiera can play the Abyssinians.

(That is bad for my "pepperonnipizza" plan , but it is OK )

Let me make a suggestion, as everybody can see, all the saves in this round will be called 1889jan.net, that is a problem to identify the correct save. Perhaps we should rename our saves with identificable letters.
e.g.

Kram1889jan.net
Yaros1889jan.net
...

Martin Rhodes has recently been appointed as Colonial Secretary in London by Her Majesty Victoria and Prime Minister Gladstone and has arrived in Cairo where he has set up office to run the new enterprise of the Crown: the Colonisation of Africa. Already several treaties are being ratified with the Egyptian Viceroy to enact the reconquest of the Sudan which has been proclaimed 'of British interest in its entirety, from Dongola to Gondokoro'.

Several missionaries and explorers are being dispatched into the African hinterlands to ensure British influence and British rule over the heart of darkness of the African continent.

Guys, I've got a question: I can't see the units from BMB Scen, I've played these two turns with the original Civ concepts (techs, units...). How can I play with the scenario concepts?

What? You must put the save file that you download on the same folder you unzip the scen!

It you don't do that, you will play with standard graphics... (not too bad...) AND with standard rules (a real disaster)
