The Statement of SC
We can agree to the proposition of Sophantoro but we have 3 changes:
1) All votes must be voted publicly on the Forum.
2) We do not understand the point 3c. Is this means that after the period of 20 turns GS will be ruling despite the fact that his cadention is expired? If we cant then choose the GS he will be ruling long time without our agree... It is unacceptable or we dont understand this point.
3) The Auditor has no right to decide when there is 4:4 result of vote - then the decision is overruled.
If this points will be agreed we can sign this project...
We recommend Germans as GS and Slamp as Auditor, but we are opened to te disscusion
Ahhh, and When we will be voting every coutry will have the right to send the decision:
- for
- against
- without opinion
- veto
Th decision against would not mean that a country is blocking the decision - that country can be against but would not want to break the vote by the veto. Veto would be the special decision used when the country will see that the decision is dangerous to the Indepedience of their country or unstability of the World.

The Statement of SC
We can not accept the violating our territory by English Diplomats. We decided that this operation is planed and we take this action as the spying. The English Diplomats are spies becuase they are tressapasing our territory despite the fact that they are banned and we were repeating this many times. We will imprison them and they will stand in our Supreme Court. We will not expel this unit but destroy. It must be a lesson to English. We will take back our ambassador from London for consultation.

Irish News
Celebrations were held in every City to rejoice at the first ever free democratic elections to be held. Newly elected President Jon won a landslide victory and clearly enjoys the full support of the Irish people.
Speaking after the results were announced he declared, 'This is a new dawn for Ireland. Democracy has triumphed over Theocracy and the will of the people has finally been heard. I hope that it too will be a fresh start in our relations with all other nations and peoples'.
A definitive statement on the Irish position on the INC will be issued shortly but it is understood that our new President shares many of the concerns expressed by Slavian leader Luk and the importance of national sovereignty as stated by the Mayans.

Turn 39 ==> Klair
England has ignored Luk's demand concerning the diplomat who has just recently established an embassy in Russia. If Luk's forces attack this diplomat then we will be forced to remove the Slavic embassy from England. " If Slavia refuses to allow us to establish an embassy in their lands, we see no reason to allow them to hold an embassy in England. " Stated John Whitman secretary of state.
" We are estatic for Ireland and have sent emmisaries to President Jon. We feel that we can continue our strong friendship with Ireland well into the future." Stated Sophanthro after recieving the new of Jon's election.
In other news the English house has ratified
article 6 with ammendments made by Luk. Section 3.c. was changed to place the auditor in the GS position until a new GS could be elected.
The committee who formed article 6 has begun work on article 7 in hopes to smooth out the methods of dispute voting and resolution. President Sophanthro cast his votes today concerning GS and Auditor, voting for Ed and Slamp respectively.

INC-Statement of The Irish Free State.
In special session The Dial fully endorsed the position of the new Taosoich Jon.
Addressing the members he said, 'In accordance with our new found Democratic status Ireland will accept the will of the majority in the elections for Chairman and Auditor of the INC. Ed of the Germans has a proven track record in conflict resolution and though the Mayans have in the past not returned the friendship offered by the Irish people we are sure that our relations with all other nations will now improve following our recent change of Government.'
On other matters The Taosoich expressed grave concern that once again the spectre of conflict had arisen between the SFU and England. He urged restraint upon the Slavs and advised Prime Minister Sophanthro to respect the wishes of the SFU and remove his Envoy so as to avoid offering provocation that could easily lead to full scale War.
In accordance with the conditions laid down by Luk of the Slavs The Irish Free State would advise him to expect the arrival of a vessel off his southern coast bearing an Irish Diplomat in around four turns. Our Envoy comes in peace and our desire is only to establish full Diplomatic relations with the Slavic Federation. However, should his presence be undesired he will not land. We hope for a favourable responce from the Slavic Leadership and would suggest that both our nations will gain far more from frienship than distrust and hostility, however we will respect whatever desicion they come too. We would appreciate a quick responce as should he be unwelcome our ship will be able to avoid Slavic territorial waters altogether and hasten northward on his goodwill mission to establish contact with all the nations of the World.

Statement from the Canadian Goverment
Congrats to the Irish for coming out of their conflict and rising to new heights of growth and prosperity with a new goverment. May democracy serve you well.
We hope cooler heads will prevail in the everpresent english/slav conflict. Once again we do not know exactly what's going on there but hope peace will remain between these two great nations.
If there is a vote to be forthcoming in the INC adminstration election, then we too vote for Ed and Slamp.
That is it gentlemen, and may you all have a good day.

Personal Statement from The Taosoich.
It is with the greatest sadness that I learnt of the outbreak of hostilities between the Slavs and the English. Ireland can never condone the merciless killing of an unarmed Diplomat whatever the circumstances.
Think again brothers before you embark upon a path that will only bring you only much bloodshed and yeild you, at best, a strip of worthless desert.

We too are sad to hear that war has broken out near Norwich. In the opinion of the German Defence Ministry this is an isolated action and it is not believed that the SFU will pursue this offensivly.

The Statement of SC
Slav Confederate Intelligence Service asked Prime Minister to imprison English Diplomats. The Prime Minister with a permission of Head of SC decided to use 1st Mobile Cavalry Unit of National Military Forces to imprison this group of spies which were tresspasing our territory despite the fact that SC Goverment many times said that they can not tresspas the terriotory of Slav Confederate. In attack 2 spies were wounded and they died in hospital in Sofia. 2 soldiers of SC were wounded and their status is criticaly. The Slav Confederate says that it is not an act of war. We are not in the war status with England, this action in our law is a normal defend of Country from any spies. They broke the law and they are jailed (so the diplomats unit is destroyed). We took back our ambassador from London and we are broking up any diplomatic contacts with them until they apologize for this action. It is not a war! We dont need this - we are only defending our rights to indepedience! It is the lesson to all spies which will be tresspasing our territory without our permission.

Irish Foreign Ministry Statement.
As previously announced in accordance with their wishes an Irish Emmisary will be arriving in Slavic lands shortly. Our vessel will enter Slav territorial waters next turn and if welcomed he will disembark and upon the following turn he will establish full diplomatic relations between our nations.
If the SF does not wish to greet our Ambassador as a friend then please advise us so as to avoid any unpleasant incident. Please do know that our Diplomat is not a spy and upon forfilling his mission to establish an embassey he will immediatly re-embark upon our ship and continue upon his mission to meet the other nations of the World as yet uncontacted by us.

" We are not in a state of war, but we are in a state of hostile nuetrality with Slavia" Stated John Whitman on the recent crisis. " We will not mass our military at this point, but as good fences make good neighbors we ask Slavia to keep thier forces far away from Norwich and we will keep our diplomat of Slavian soil."

Taosoich's Office - Official Statement.
Greetings and salutations noble Slavs. Our envoy having braved wind and sea stands by the gates of Sevastopol with his credentials ready to present. May this be the dawning of a new era of mutually beneficial peaceful cooperation.
The Irish government and people extend felicitations to the Canadian and French nations and give notice to expect the arrival of an Irish flagged vessel in their waters bearing our envoys to them in two turns time. Should any objections be raised we will of course refrain from landing.
The disappointment felt by the Dail and the Taosoich by the refusal of Germany to enter into a full alliance knew no bounds. Ireland has ratified the Peace Treaty offered in it's stead but still regards this as a sad day and only second best. We had hoped that our generousity would have been better appreciated by a nation suffering from such poor educational standards but it was not to be.
