Turn 52 to Luk
The Canadian goverment asks permission of the Mayan authorities, if its ok for one of our seafaring vessels to pass through Mayan waters. All we have aboard this ship is a diplomat which I hope to bring in contact with all the wonderful nations present in our little world.

Turn 53 to Frazer.
What has happened? Has everyone been taking steroids?
The Taosoich has been invited officiate at the launching of a fabulous new vessel. The IFSS Sligo will be the most powerful warship afloat and is expected to take to the sea within two turns She is the first of a class of seven and with them Ireland will need no longer fear for the security of her territorial waters.
The keel was laid down this very turn of an even more miraculous type of vessel possessed of neither turret or cannon but with an entirely flat deck. The purpose of this craft has not, as yet, been unexplained fully but if rumour be true then even more wonderous devices that can take to the air may operate from her deck.
Sadly the paucity of Ireland's industrial output will long delay her commissioning but she too represents an example of the scientific genius of our people. We may be small and weak but our intellect knows no equal.
Irish Ministry of Propoganda.

Turn 53 ==> Klair
Once again Slavic troops have entered English lands. This time headed by a marine the issue appeared to be settled when Luk Castle apolygized but once again his troops march on to English land. Norwich is small but well defended we advise Slavia to leave are land.

Turn 54 to Frazer.
Irish Foreign Ministry Statement
President Ed, Chairman Sophanthro, Lord Frazer and President Luk are invited to witness the launch of IFSS Sligo next turn.
This is a unique opportunity to see the mightiest warship in history take to the seas!! Never has such a powerful vessel been seen and all will stand in awe of her grace, beauty and majesty. Truly the most majestic of all seaships she will commence her sea trials immediatly.
Her first port of call will be the English City of Norwich. The rising state of tension between two of Ireland's closest friends is a cause for grave concern and the earnest hope of the Taosoich is that the Sligo will act as a motivator toward the cause of peace and goodwill. Perhaps she could even serve as the Flagship of an International Peacekeeping Force?
Sadly her sister ship IFSS Allenwood will not be commissioned for several more turns but be assured that she is coming. Our greatest technical achievement the IFSS Dublin has only just begun contruction and will take many turns of hard toil for our tiny populace to construct but she will revolutionise the entire concept of modern warfare.
Unfortunatly the latest diplomatic communique from the Mayans came in a foreign tongue. If they would be so kind as to explain the nature of their request we would surely be happy to oblige.
Having read the latest issue of the DC Reporter the Taosoich earnestly requests that the Editor should take note that Ireland, though weak and feeble, has at last climbed up from last place on the PowerGrapth.
Technology shall triumph over brute force and ignorance. The Free State shall prosper even in the face of adversity.

The Statement of SC Goverment
--------------------------------------
If the turn was sent with AI to SC we please to back it and send it one more time with human SC
We are the aware of the situation near Norwich. We noticed that in this city English are collecting bigger amounts of forces and it is tottaly unacceptable. Our people think that our Country is in danger - England are not contacting with us and they dont want to improve the relationships with mighty Slav-French Union. It is the situation not good to the security of SC. So we decided to control the situation and surround Norwich with our Military cordon. We want to minimalize the danger from England to do any stupid things.
If Irish vessel will enter to this territory we will consider the security action to eliminate the danger from possible attack from Irish that is in alliance with England
We see waht is going on. England want to attack our forces and expand on our territory - we will not let them to do this. Our 800.000 population will defend our Country with Our Allies French!

Irish Diplomatic Statement
The Taosoich is perturbed by the implied threats toward Ireland coming from Moscow. We would view the goodwill visit of an Irish vessel to an English City without violation of SFU territorial waters as being a matter over which they should have no concern. The plans for the maiden voyage of IFSS Sligo have long been laid and she will stick to her charted course.

Turn 54 ==> Klair
Let me see a military build up in Norwich really? It's funny that England doesn't even know about this supposed military build up. If Luk was worried about his security he could easily watch from outside English lands.

Sorry about that slamp, I didn't notice that the game was held up. Don't hesitate at all to email me if you think I should do something. I don't always post because I'm in alot of other games and when you add them all up, posting at apolyton for every game chews up alot of my time. I find the whole process very slow. Plus I suck at the role playing, but know this I play them and ship them out as fast as I get them.

Taosoich's Personal Statement.
I am perturbed by allegations of any Irish agressive attitude toward any of her neighbours. I have held talks with the Noble Slamp and will move my Warship away from the Channel that it is currently blocking but will remain on guard as we are far too weak to allow unwanted visitors upon our shores.
As our Ally, Chairman Sophanthro, has expressed no objection I see no reason for the cancellation of IFSS Sligo's 'Goodwill' visit to Norwich. This represents no violation of any Nations Territorial Waters and merely represents a show of solidarity with our Ally and Ireland's earnest desire for the pursuit of peace in that troubled area.
I would appeal to Chairman, or Chairman Elect, of the INC President Ed of Germany to determine our rights under International Law.
The issuance of threats from the Slav Federation to attack a neutral vessel committing no violation of sovereignty would seem to be an example of an agressive attitude far exceding anything of which the IFS could be accused.
Should threats become an issue I would remind President Luk that IFSS Sligo has a displacement of 58,000 Tons, 16" Armour and carries 8x18" Guns as her main battery plus secondaries. I would question what form of vessel he would feel might hinder her path.
When it is remembered that her sister ship the Allenwood is due to enter service shortly therafter I would suggest that threats upon all sides be toned down.

Speaking on behalf of the INC,
I would like to say that the Irish ship is allowed in international waters. If that ship enters ocean squares, controlled by Norwich, then permission is with England. The INC will not rule on the political reasons that the ship is going to Norwich, only that I feel no problems with the ship being in non-controlled zones.
President-elect INC,
Ed , President of Germany
