The Holy English Empire has had accept the loss of the fair City of Stratford to the 'Heathen Nordic Barbarians' but as fair exchange is no robbery we salved the souls of it's inhabitants and took possession of Tampere.

The first real engagement of the Seige of Yattehyatteh took place with the opening bombardment from Army IV whilst Army XI finished it's deployment. Elite Holy Corps II are on hand as an active reserve whilst Armies VII and XV, released from frontline service against the 'Primitives', are joining Army III to form a second Army Group on the Brisbane Axis.

Do not despair Australians! Salvation and Civilisation will soon rescue you from the pit of despair you have wallowed in for so long. Yes, there is life after Lung and it will be so different that your tears will be of joy rather than from the pain of an evil master's whip!

The Seige of Yattehyatteh continues and the regretable loss of, Australian, life mounts. The campaign against the Norwegian Barbarians progresses with a steady advance up the Peninsula without opposition. Could it be that they have left home and left the back door unlocked?

The brave Australian soldiers continue to keep the demonic hordes of England at bay. The incredible resolve of the Australian troops has manifested itself in their remarkable healing powers, as they time and time again miraculously get up from their hospital beds to fight the evil English!

Australia has found a friend with a common foe, and Lung the Legendary is pleased to announce the (belated) alliance with Matthew of the Vikings Hooray for the alliance! Together the Australian and Viking empires will repel the English and send them back to under the English rocks to whence they belong!! News of the Viking capture of the English city of Stratford was greeted with joy in Australia, renewing calls for another counter-attack! Tired of fighting on Australian farms and cities and seeing the wasting of once fertile farmland, Australian soldiers wish to fight the English on their own soil! Together with the Vikings, we shall watch English lands burn under their own skies, reflecting the hell to whence they came!! The demons of the east shall suffer their own hell, as the forces of good turn the tides!

Australia continues to hold on to sovereign lands, and faith is building in rising up against the once seemingly invincible English! The illusion of invincibility is long gone, and Australia shall rise again!!!

At last the Barbarian Chieftan speaks! What does he say though, does he express contrition for his unprovoked attack upon England and beg forgiveness from the Civilised nation? NO!! With the dismissal of 'truth' and 'justice' the Nords become little better than 'Lungsters'! We shall see.

A very quiet Turn save for the ongoing seige of Yattehyatteh and arranging a suitable 'firework' display for our Australian visitors. The battle of Brisbane looks to be the key and we hope that the initial assault should commence in two Turns time.

Finally the seige of Yattehyatteh ends! Many English lives were lost but after repeated Artillery bombardment the doors were opened and the citizens released from their sufferring.

Street Parties were held and the people danced and sang as they worked. To see such joy brings tears to a man's eyes but the release from years of oppression just must make them mad with delight! 'Oh to be free from Lung' they cry.

Dancing in the streets??!! ! Is that what you call tortured souls dangling from the noose?!? The so-called "revenge" enacted upon the few surviving soldiers is an outrage to humanity! The war has been long and bloody, but the resistance offered to the English hordes was considerable, and the losses to the English were huge. At that rate of loss, there will be no English army left before it geets half way through the Australian cities!

England rejoices at the news from the front! The populace gladly suffer the hardships to support our fighting corps knowing that even though we face peril upon every side we shall prevail. Despite the Nordic disdain for them, Truth, Justice and Freedom are the very lynchpins of English society and they shall trample underfoot any repressive and aggressive tyrant like the 'Lung the Loathsome'.

Certain 'dissident' citizens of Yattehyatteh had to be given the 'ultimate grace' as a token for our love for them despite their ingratitude for the pain we had to endure in order to 'save' them. Hopefully this was a one-off and will not need to be repeated.

Australian resistance slows the English advance, much to the chagrin of St. Jon the evil . Softened by the weak resistance offered by the primitive Native Americans, the ferocious resistance offered by the Australians has shocked the arrogant English soldiers who thought, to their detriment, that they could waltz through the Australian countryside unchallenged. But the Australian troops fight with fury in honour of their great leader, Lung the Legendary. In time, Yatteyatah will return to it's rightful owners, and the English swine shall hang in the town square as a reminder to those who seek to take what is rightfully ours!!!

The onward march of the forces of justice continue. Sad Australian Pikemen sit astride Mountains only to be mown down but the fire power of English Artillery. It is difficult to find any discernable difference twixt the 'Primitives' and the foes that we face now for all exhibit the same lust for English land, have the same pitious military and would have the World believe that England is the aggressor!

Seminole, Melborne and Brisbane are sovereign English Cities and must be returned to their rightful owners. Yattehyatteh was also built upon English soil without permission even being asked, let alone granted, and has therefore simply reverted to it's proper status.

As for the Nordic Barbarians, one can only attempt to stifle a laugh! That it took so many to defeat none is a testament to their feeble strategic overview. Tampere was a very useful source of Gold and contributed to the Moterway Construction Programme of the HEI tremendously. It is sad that it no longer possesses an adequate water supply, food storage facility, any form of light industry or even the most basic of defence facilities. It will indeed be a joy to kill Vikings at will!
