Ayuda!!!! Support Apolyton

Para los que no tienen idea, les comento que unos meses atras habia empezado a hacer un escenario sobre la Guerra de las Malvinas.
Pero ustedes saben como es esto de los escenarios; depende de momentos de inspiracion
Ademas siempre hay otras cosas que nos quitan nuestro preciado tiempo... examenes de la facultad!!!

Bueno, en este caso queria pedirles ayuda.
No entiendo cual es el problema.
Es un archivo "Title" que hice para mi escenario.
Lo hice por medio del paint, por lo tanto es .bmp
Luego trato de grabarlo como .gif con lo que pierde mucha calidad. hay alguna manera de evitar esto?
Pero ese seria el mal menor. El problema es que cuando cargo el escenario, directamente se me cuelga civ2!!!
La verdad es que esto me llama mucho la atencion.
Incluso he intentado usar otros title.gif de otros escenarios!!! Y todos funcionan bien menos el mio!!!!

Bueno, si alguien ve como solucionar este problema, se los agradeceria.
Cualquier idea es bienvenida.
