Oaky here's the deal.

We have found the problem that was causing the game to crash on billhq's turn. It turned out to be stavros's computer.
If in the future we end up having similar problems, we'll know where to point the finger and Stavros will just have to reinstall CTP to get the game working again, that would mean a couple of days delay at most. So that problem has been fixed.

Second problem that forced us to restart was a wierd anomaly with the game. Aparently the game gave some of the civs some extra settlers and stuff. So we had to restart the game, this time I have played turn 0 for everyone. This was to make sure the game hadn't started acting wierd.

So here's the latest.

Turn 0 -> has been played for everyone by me. If however, something wierd happens, or something is different, let us know immediately. Its more of a pain when it goes undiscovered by others and leads to an unfair game.

In a far away land a small tribe of people rose to dominate over the surrounding clans, their leader Lord Thor was declared ruler of all the lands of Prussia and he became emperor of the Russian people.

The russian civilization thrived and grew, eventually a enormous city formed aorund the great palace of the Emperor. He named this city, Moscow. Tens of thousands of souls now live there, and thousands of more people are coming in every year from the forests, to lead a civilized life and experience the luxuries of an advanced Nation.

Today Lord Thor took on his most ambitious project yet. He spoke to his advisors about how he envisioned other cities ruled by his decedents. Of grand cities so great and so beautiful that that Moscow would seem no more than a pitiful slum to them.
and even though the Advisors expressed their skepticism over the idea, for all new that there never was, and never will be a city more beautiful and more lovely than the Greatest accomplishment man will ever make. Moscow.

However, today large communities of people packed up their lifes belongings and wen searching for other lands in which to live. They were smiling and singing under the bright summer sun, as they walked in the moist fresh grass and heard the gentle sound of the great river Vodka. The soldiers escorting them too were in a bright mood, for their Commander , Lord Thor himself, had blessed their mission, for the great Moscow nation was unmatched in the universe, and as they set foot into a new era, explored new horizons, tested the boundaries of knowledge wisdom and creativitiy, they knew they would would be remembered and songs would be sung for millenia to come, honoring their great journey and remembering the brave men and women, who took that small step, made that small sacrifice and in doing so created a new plane of existence.

As we sat today in Our great Emperor's Harem and watched the most beautiful women in moscow, perfect the art of Dancing, a runner came up to the doors of our great Kings palace and brought news that both of the settlement parties had taken the decisive decision to leave the side of our mighty river and seek land further away.

The Czar was pretty annoyed by that, and feared that the River would be angered by the decision of the settlers to abandon it. The Russian nation made an astounding discovery this turn... one of our settler tribes was moving north and they came across what appeared to be a wall of mountains as far as they could see. This was the first time such a phenomemnon was discovered, since near our homeland, near Moscow, we had a few clumps of mountains here and there, and we always marvelled at their might and beauty. Now we have thousands of such mountains, its an impenetrable wall.

Slowly, but steadily, what the Emperor has decreed is being fulfiled, and a city has been setup. The Russian Government have presented a proposal to build a massive road system to connect our two great cities. I reviewed the proposal, and though the cost seems to be considerable, I have decided to allocate the necessary funds from our treasury to the building of this bridge.
It is hoped that the build of beautifully cobbled roads will allow our travellers to move safely between cities without the fear of being lost in the forrests or of being attacked by the renegade barbarian tribes that infest the forests.

I have played and sent turn 6 to Creator yesterday.
I just forgot to post here.
You did the same thing for the previous turn enforcing 24 rule. Then I had tried to connect (last Sunday morning) to my provider and I had got an error that the username or password was unknown. As you probably guessed my acount had expired at Sunday and of cource I hadn't been able to renew it at Sunday. It was closed
I would ask you Thor to send an email first and not to be so anxious to get the turn. I might get late sometimes but not without reason and not for long except once

Agreed. But only if you are late "sometimes" . Not "often".

No, see the reason I try to get people to enforce the 24 hour rule is to keep this game running quick and smooth, it was off to a pretty bumpy start and I dont want it to grind to a halt and everyone's interest to die down. (And yes, I am anxious to play my turn dammit!! .. You cant blame me can you?!) hehehe ...

Also Keygen, try to post when you are gonna be late on a turn or something of that sort, so we know something out of your control has gone wrong and we can wait a couple of days no problem.

No hard feelings dude. Just being my usual impatient self. (I know, I know. PBEM is not for people like me, but.. I luv my CTP. )

Edit - BTW, Keygen, I just noticed that the last time I asked for the 24 hour rule to be enforced, it wasn't for you, it was for billhq.
