Today our king was very embarassed for as he walked around in the Streets of Moscow admiring his great empire, a few travellers sitting at our coffee shops sat and laughed as they sipped their coffee..

"What a dump of a nation.. these backward people should see Assyria... This has to be the puniest city I have ever seen..A small horde of barbarians could wipe these fools out.. " and so the jeers continued as our King stood still and listened to their conversation..

It was a sad sight to see our proud King stand and listen to people ridicule his Empire. His Russia. A tear trickled down my cheek as I saw his face expressionless, yet I knew him well. And I knew that every time those travellers insulted Russia, our King felt insulted personally.
As I motioned to our gaurds to arrest the men, Our mighty king, raised his hand and told me to stop.. after which he walked away alone , his face still expressionless , his heart torn to shreds...

What has happened?
I overheard some of my Kings Advisors telling him about how they had visited other great Empires. So its true, what the Travellers had said. There really our empires greater than ours. And from what they tell us, ours is the weakest and least advanced of them all.

What has happened? Our great Russia. Once the jewel in the crown of Humanity, is now looked down upon by all? I do not know what has happened, but I will be urging my king to try and meet with the Emperor of the Zulus. A Phalanx division send to explore our lands to the East came across a small band of people living in the montains near River Kwai. The people appeared friendly and invited our soldiers over to their homes in the mountains.
Our soldiers explained to them about the Russian Empire and about The Russian civilization and its great army. The people were impressed and asked to be trained and hoped that they could join our civilization. Ofcourse, It is the Russian way to embrace people into its fold. I think Our King was gesturing towards me to tell you that he is sorry for the delay in time line progress, and that he had no intention of slowing the progress of time, but he is having dificulty speaking out his commands (Computer broke), and since we haven't invented writing yet (computer broke) there is nothing we can do until he gets his voice back. (computer fixed). If our King doesn't say anything in the next 5 hours we will ignore him for the next 50 years or so, and allow time to continue its progress. (next turn)..
