Yes, King Thor and all, Fixed Game 2 is now a rated game. The first rated turn is actually turn 30 with the Power Graph first being recorded on turn 39 (not 40). This means that the 24 hour rule is enforced as of now, and 3 forced next-turns in a row results in a triple defeat and elimination of that "3 next-turned" player.

Seeing that billhq has disappeared with no instructions, (I believe on vacation) I have agreed with Keygen to get a sub for him. I asked Jon if he would sub for billhq and he has agreed. So whoever it is that sends the turn on to billhq (I cant remember.. Was it you Keygen?) send the turn to Jon now.

Russia continues its age of prosperity as trade blossoms, people seek enlightenment in the arts and the sciences. Our coffee houses go full, and tobacco smoke fills the cafes.The Czar has ordered the construction of marketplaces in the major cities to further strengthen and improve internal trade.

Also, an emissary from the Assyrian people visited the Czar and asked that his people be enlightened by the Great Russian people. The Czar mused for a while over this rare request, and then granted it. Several great philosophers dvelling in Kiev made copies of their work, and gave them to the Assyrian emissary to take home to his people. Thus, the Assyrian people now may reach new levels of thought and imagination with the wonders of philosophy.

In return the emissary noted that the Russian people were adept merchants and skilled businessmen. So he helped us improve on our skills by showing us the intricacies of trade that was known to the Assyrians.

A barbarian tribe has been spotted some distance from our nation, but still within the lands of Prussia. They will be dealt with swiftly.

Also we would appreciate the Zulus keeping tighter control over their territory for last turn barbarians coming from the depths of the Zulu forests attacked a phalanx battalion protecting the Zulu-Russian border without provocation and without warning. Although our losses were minimal, our scouts inform us of another barbarian army heading towards our border from within Zululand. If the Zulus do not demonstrate the capability to control their own territory, we will be forced to take to administering the forrests of Zululand ourselves in order to protect our people and our interests.

Are you implying that the Assyrians can control the behavior of the Barbarian hordes?? If you are suggesting that Assyrian forces set loose the Barbarians from ruins, then I can assure you this is NOT true. I have no idea where they originated.

Although Russia's Economy has grown significantly and has made our people the best paid and the richest in the World and filled our coffers with gold, travelling merchants were heard talking about the phenomenal rise in power of the Assyrian people. The word is out that the Assyrians have grown so powerful under the able leadership of their King, that they have begun to match the might of the powerful Zulu civilization.
We congratulate them and hope that this time of prosperity does not end for the Assyrians or us.

Speaking of time of prosperity. It seems like a time of uprising and rebellion. There are rumors in the cafe's of Moscow that in a far away land a people who call themselves the Greeks have also had to face a barbarian uprising. It is rumored that these barbarians have been showing up in their thousands and practice magic such that turns the enemy into stone and it is said by some that they are immortals. Russia thanks Almighty God that we do not have to deal with such a terrible foe, and that the barbarians who rise against us are being dealt with swiftly. Once again a warrior tribe came out of the forrests of Zululand attacked the same phalanx battalion fortified in the mountains. We have had enough of this and will launch a campaign to crush the heathen in the south, just as we are doing in the North. We, the people of Russia, wish to live in peace and conduct trade for the benefit of all men, however, the uncouth, and uncivilized hoardes of warrior tribes in the forrests will not let us live in Peace. We must take up arms against them, and crush them until the roads and trade routes of the mighty Russian empire are safe again. It matters not if the Zulus do not help us, We will send our forces after these tribes in the future and hack our war through the dense jungles of Zululand until we find them, and then they will be brought to justice.

Once my warriors were brutally killed and once they took revenge by killing the barbarians and keeping their heads as a proof of the revenge to be shown to the Greek King.

Assyria respects the statements of the Russians in regard to the Assyrian power build up, but feels that these words are not deserved. Assyria's recent power growth was attributed almost entirely to the fabrication of the wonderful Philosopher's Stone which took an enormous amount of skill and resources. But to attribute "power" to this very peaceful and benevolent piece of glorious artwork is misleading.
