The Reverend Yeti would like to ask his American neighbors to please allow the old and decrepit FSS Barnacle passage through your waters to get home.
She has been out to sea for a half of a century, and is in dire need of parts and repairs.

The FSS Barnacle is due back in 3 years, Navy Bishops say. A large celebration is planned for her refit. Upgrades will include a wet bar, health club and sauna, and an electronic organ.
In a related story, the ArchBishop of the Navy announced the commissioning of 3 new underwater craft today. Details are sketchy on how many total of these craft the Navy has. These mystrious machines hold 50 long canisters filled with water proof leaflets. "It is my mission to attempt to convert all fishies in the local waters to spread the great faith of Yetism. These watercraft called "submarines" will be able to cover every inch of the French coastline. Although fish may not be able to read, maybe they can. We have the opportunity here to make millions in tithe revenue!"
