Social Psych and Industrial Base won't show up to choose for the second tech unless we get another tech from a pod or another faction...
Still, I voted Industrial Base...arguments against the Secrets/Ethical Calculus plan are in the Network Node thread...

We should have a thread with just the three options, since it's likely we won't get a freebie tech (or not so free, if it's from another faction), but if we do, shouldn't we have a "backup" poll?
