	Do you wear glasses? Support Apolyton

I got some new frames the other day and find myself wearing glasses way more now since they're more comfortable. I've also got contacts.

I wear glasses most of the time except when I am looking at things close up, like when I am reading or looking at the computer monitor. The reason my eyesight isn't perfect is because it was damaged almost three years ago. Close up things look blurry with glasses. I am worried it could be the same way with contacts so I don't want to waste time getting them.

I have terrible vision and can't stand the thought of things touching my eyes. So yah, glasses since the fourth grade and until the day I die (because the thought of focused light being fired at my eyes is even worse)

I got glasses first in grade 11. only needed them sometimes for things really far away, rarely wore them. By last year I needed something fulltime, so I went and got contacts, and now I've got good glasses I'm comfortable in AND contacts.

Glasses don't TOUCH MY EYES! (eye ball touching, whether mine or someone else's, is one of the few things that totally freaks me out)

But well, I'm a freak so it's okay.

I've got a good vision, no contact lenses, and my glasses are for beer only. Since you forgot at least two options (none, and both at the same time) I had to go with the banana option (even if I wouldn't ride them ...).

That's the dioptry. The cylinder is something else. In order for me to see properly, the lenses have to be heavier at the bottom, and they can't have more weight than to carry -2.

(BTW: I don't know if the English terms are "cylinder" and "dioptry", I just more or less translated them from Dutch.)

Have been wearing them for a year. My sight wasn't too bad, but for instance stuff written on the blackboard in school was all blurry. Too much reading and Apolyton, I guess.
So last summer I got them, didn't wear them during the winter (couldn't be arsed ) but now I've started to have them on all the time and they've grown on me.
Now if I look in the mirror without them I look silly IMO, like something is missing. Also I think they have made my sight worse, at least that's what it feels like when I take them off.

Glasses since I was six.

I will never wear contacts, because of the 'contact' issue and because I have never been able to follow any kind of maintenance schedule.

I wear contacts.......far too much as well. Glasses suck. I recommend to anyone that wears glasses to get them. You will get over the putting your finger in your eye thing.

I wear glasses. I used to wear contacts, but when I started anatomy dissection I couldn't continue wearing them because I often had my hands in formaldehyde.
