Agreed. Popups and banner ads are much more tolerable, and I'd much rather have an extra one of those than that monstrosity. It does horrible, horrible things to the thread styles. E.g. Frozzy's sig has a couple of inches of empty space.

Actually, Markos, can you put a link to the Poly store in my title space? Not a graphic link, just a text link. That would say "Apolyton Store" or something like that.

That wouldn't be intrusive, but it would still be a little walking (posting) billboard for stuff like My Words Are Backed w/ Nuclear Weapons t-shirts.

Why? Uh, no reason really.
