We are sorry to see that you feel this way, but we will not see you take over anther country with force. They choose to join our alliance, and if they are attacked we are required to come to their defense. To Australia (top secret):
Well, our project of Soviet-Australian influence over India is stopped for now. We should try to convince our ally of the necessity to strike upon this Neutral Alliance.

To Italy(top secret):
Even if this Neutral Alliance wants to be peaceful, I don't really see it so peaceful. Their influence has rised over all systems from Draconia to Earth at Soviet border. Sweden is now member of it and their space navy is already important. This is a threat.
An alliance has never existed just to maintain peace.

To ULS (top secret):
I'm willing to sign the NAP. But try to calm down your GDFR allies. I don't think they see the danger of a rising alliance even if she calls herself neutral.

Could you help us in designing the weapon system of the tank, but even if you are not so good in this area we believe that togather we could come up with a very good tank. Also we would like to buy ships form you, this would greatly speed up our fleet upsizing, we are sending the money now. We can also supply you with the fuel for the interstellar ships. Africa has shared the interstellar enigien design with us, and we will give it to you so that the ships you make will also be able to travel back to Draconia if needed.

Ok. We are currently desgining a new tank that we will use to upgrade our army to medium. This tank is hightec, new and very good at what it is supposed to do - kill people. It has anti rocket defense, thick armor, the latest engines, anti air missiles, 1 cannon, 5 machine guns and many other things. It can also carry 8 men apart from the 4 that normally drive it. We could help you design a version that is modified for your planet if you want. Beware, with the great things it does follows a huge expense.
We thank you for your technology sharing and our ships will be upgraded with the new engines. Our shipyards are ready to start building your ships in aprox. 4 months as our space navy upgrade will be completed then.

To Neutral Alliance: I think it would be the best for each one of the us if you do not arm up India. Otherwise the Triple Pact might take it as a preparation for an Invasion against us.

If you do not stop immediatly (less than 1 year) the arming of India, Italy will remove her "veto" on the Indian war.

I also must remind both Sweden-Io and Draconia, that according to the Gaian Act, which was signed by Italy, any non-terrestrial influence or army that put a foot on any earth nation will be considered an attack on earth as a whole (by Gaian Act members).

To Sheep (OOC) Only SKILORD can create Alien races, and I do agree with mmtt, your Race is way too powerfull, and such a thing will completely destroy the balancing of this NES.

There are still open India, Japan and NAF.
Please take one of those

To Sweden-Io and Draconia: Africa of course accepts Sweden in the alliance. So from now on Sweden will officialy be a member of the Neutral Alliance.

To Italy: we agree with your proposal of buying the Suez Canal.
We already received your payments and shared those technologies to our allies.

To Triple Pact: Please stay away of India, they are our allies, and we have the right to protect them.
We will stop arming them up only under the promise that you will not attack India.

To the universe: Africa offers a NAP with each of you. The NAP will expire only if you attack a member of our alliance.

To ULS: Africa is shocked about the loss of the ULS president in South America, a small regiment will be sent there to help in the investigation.

Well we have not sent any troops to India, since we still building transports. We dont want you to think we want to invade NUSSR. But we still add India in defending herself, although we will not send any of our troops there. But NUSSR has to promice not to attack India or any other Nuetral Alliance member.

- The Advanced Nuclear Weapon Counter-Measures project is complete. Many new and helpful Anti-Nuke weapons were developed.

- We are upgading our air force to huge. It will take 4 years.

- Yesterday, President von Steuben commisioned the building of "The Great Wall of Poland." This will be a strong wall built between the GDFR and the NUSSR. It will built with the world's strongest materials, such as Leonardicium. It will be equipped with strong defensive weapons, such as laser fortresses, AA guns, and some of the new Anti-Nuke weapons. The wall will be finished in 2 years.

-Elections are to be held next year. Early polls show that Von Steuben (of the GDFR Party) holds the lead, with 45% of the vote. Frederich von Bonn (Imperialist Party) has 30%. The other 25% is split between the Communist Party, the Environmentalist League, the Isolationist Party, the Political Party of Antarctica, and several other parties.

I didnt releise that skillord was the only one able to make a new race but I am sorry if i have offended any others.

As i was reading through the some 15 pages of this NES I lost track of the occupied powers and all that so I in the end assumed all were taken. I will begin posting for the NAF in about half an hour if no one has any objections

A Change in Foreign Policies

The North American Federation, once the most powerful nation on Earth and perhaps now second only to the NUSSR in power, has resumed diplomatic missions around the world. This is partly due to the great rebuilding schemes of the previous administrations have been completed and the new administration is now seeking to regain its place in glactical affairs.

President Joeseph Yeager has intitated this new program as the world is wracked by turmoil. he has noted in saying 'we shall pursue friendships with those nations whose intrests are intwined wih ours, we shall claim new systems for our people and insure the North american way of life shall continue to exist'.

When asked which states may be in the NAF's intrests to include in what has been termed by the president as a possible 'Freedom Frederation', the president declared, 'Any nation whose democratic principles and beliefs are for the good of the people. Any nation who wishes to see war end but are not afaraid to act when attacked to keep liberty alive in this new world. This federation though does not and will not be confined to this planet. We must seek alliances and non-aggression pacts from the stars as well as from our more intermediate neighbours'.

A build up of NAF forces

The Triangle office, in Toronto has relesed the budget for the armed forces for the next five years. The space Navy will be upgraded to modern standards and will be increased in size to Huge. The Army will be retrained in offensive warfare as well as defensive in an apparent attampt to pre-empt any strikes that may be fall the Federation. Air Force weaponries will be upgraded and the development of a pilotless aircraft is hinted in an attempt to curb pilot losses in any future war like thos that were suffered in the successful invasion of Russia. Finally the Navy is to be upgraded to enable the successful defence of Federation shores. furthermore our nuclear submarine fleet is to be increased.

A Strategic Defence Program is hinted

During the last war the Naf suffered horendous civilian casualties due to the ravages of nuclear war. It was estimated that some 100 million people died from the direct products of the nuclear exchange. THe President and the Triangle in an attempt to never see this again happen to our great nation have intiated the SDP. THe SDP will when constructed knock down some 99.9% of incomming missiles within scant seconds reaction time. it is hoped that this program will be finnished in some 5 years from know and the first elements will be in operation in three months time.
