I just want to let you know that we will not send any troops into India, and will kind of treat it as a dm zone. The only time we will send troops there will be if India is attacked, because then we will be required to come to their defense. We believe that FS will allow south america to be an indepent country. Please do not try and seize territory in South America as well, we want to see peace on earth, and this would surely cause a war with FS. Oh yes elections on Draconia have been held, when I have time I will tell results of election. Just so you know there is now new leader of the Confederate States of Draconia.

Three major parties have formed in the last term of Jack_www as President of Draconia.
The first is the Democratic Party of Draconia. They have an isolationist view in regards to foreign policy. They hate earth because of the many times that they have almost started an interstellar war, and wish to have no dealings with earth, thinking that this would best protect Draconia. They also hate all the rapid change that humans have caused on Draconia. They also like to limit power of the federal government and favor states rights.
The Second Party is the Ferderalist Party. They want a strong federal government and many members were behind the formation of Confederate States of Draconia and the backed the formation of the Neutral Alliance. They want to conitnue the current foreign polocy of Draconia.
The Thrid Party is Socialist Party of Draconia. They want to be more friendly with NUSSR, since they share simular ideas. They favor leaving Neutral Alliance as well, but do not want to be isolationist. They favor government controll over most of the economy.
The Federalist Party canidate won the election though with a slim margin of 50.4 % of the vote. His name is Robert_aaa(last names on Draconia are _ then characters). He will soon be swarn into office.
The Socialist Party won 26.4 % of wote and the Democratic Party won 23.2 % of the vote in the Presidental Election.

To Triple Pact and NAF: (but seen to all)
The NAF seem to be willing to talk in a peaceful manner.
From our side I think we can agree to the decisions done by the new NAF PM, concerning the Communist Party issue, however decision about that should be taken by NUSSR, as they are the most interested on this.
Concerning South America, Italy can not agree to your proposal.
If you want to create a new Incaland Democratic State, we are more than happy about that, and we will respect that new state, however we feel that no foreign powers should annex any territories in there.
Our fleet is still positioned off the shores of Boston, Havana and Miami, in international waters.
We will withdraw them only once everything will be settled.

A solution founded to the Nuclear Winter
Thanks to the cooperation between the scientist of all the major technological advanced nation, a solution had been discovered to finally end the problem of Nuclear Winter on earth.
Scientist believe that is possible to dissolve the Nuclear Nube by setting up a really high frequency radio wave.
This wave has a very high frequency and a very high speed as well.
This makes that the kinetic energy produced by the can basically destroy the bonds of a Plutonium and Uranum molecules, if those are finded at a gaseus state. (which is basically what the Nuclear Nube is made of).
This permits to dissolve the Nuclear Nube, and this will allow earth to go back to its natural status.

Update on Projects:
We are sending out exploration team to investigate a star near our home system, it is about 40 lighyears away. We expect the exporation to take 5 years to complete.
To All Nations:
It appears that the crisis with the FS and NUSSR is almost over. We plead with both sides to use dipolmatic means to end this disspute peacefully and that neither side starts to claim land in South America and that they are a unified country under democratic rule. We would hate to see a war were billions on earth would die.

Also there would be massive amounts of radioactive fallout, looks like snow, but is acutally vaporized matter form explosion that has condensed and is radioactive now.

I hope you realize that we are part of Neutral Alliance, we cannot get involved in this disspute, favoring one side over the other. FS had noble intentions, but did not consider the all factors in making their dession. To The World: Once more, I wish to urge all nations of the universe that war should be avoided at all costs. We have just figured out a way to solve the nuclear winter problems from the last war. We do not need another war to create more problems.
Also, according to Sheep's map, the FS has given more land to the GDFR. We do not need this land. Feburary: President Hosea Smith inaugrated
In Toronto in front of a huge crowd the President toom his oath of office. Hosea Smith, 47 is the first president of the newly formed Federated States of Democracy. He hails from the Social Democratic party, formely the Socialist PArty of the NAF and has promised to make the FSD stronger, and more liberalised. 'We can not allow other nations to intefere with our democracy and its values. But we cannot destroy those values ourselves. He has pledged that while in power the FSD will not annex any territory without the consent of the people in question. 'This works nboth ways. We will not allow any peoples to fall under foreign occupation, but will not do so ourselves, any expansion of the FSD will come from space'.
March: Communist Party to be re-legalised
The President announced that the Communist PArty, banned after a failed attempt of revolution, will be re-legalised, albeit under new leaders. "We cannot allow the leaders who sought to bring down our democratic system to once again participate in our democracy. The choices for them are simple. Exile to another nation who is willing to take them our face execution".
June: Incaland to be united
Incaland is to be reunited after the ruling Social Democratic Party voted to end all claim to the area. The provinces of Brazil and Amazonia have been added to the Republic of Incaland, which was created due to last year's vote. Although FSD troops are pulling out of the new Republic they will remain in the once disputed region to ensure stability and to defend our new ally in case of attack.
NUSSR Spy Plane Fired Upon
The President has announced that a Soviet spy plane flying in FSD air space was fired upon and destroyed. The Piolot ejected saftel, and after interrogation has been handed back to Moscow. The President has asked all Triple Pact members to withdraw from the war stances of bothe FSD coasts and the FEderated State of Hawaii, for the last year. As a token of goodwill the President has announced that a partial wiothdrawl of our sub fleet off the Chinese coast will be undertaken in the next few months.

The new battlecarrier Illiouchine-class has just left Vladivostok harbor. The supership is 1011 meters long, 108 meters wide. It is armed with two 3-cannons turret of 650 mm able to fire up to 50 km. As an experimental weapon, an Ion cannon has been added to the dreadful machine. This cannon, still in test, is due to penetrate any ships with a single hitting shot at a range up to 100 km. Space Navy is now preparing for a new task, colonization of 7 planets in Vega Solar System.

NUSSR asks for two proposals:

FS will only keep control over Panama.
Federated States won't interfere with the new-South America and United Nations will govern the country until South America is free from any foreign threat or economic censure.

Looking at the situation going on in South America.
Italy decides to form from her occupation zone in North Argentina, the Kingdom of Argentina.
Federigo Fulino, was crowned by Pope Pius XXXVII as King of Argentina, and the capital had been placed at Buenos Aires.
A Royal Marriage between the Son of the Argentinian King, and the Emperor's daughter was agreed, and in two years the two will be married in a big ceremony in Rome held by the Pope himself.
Everyone is invited.
The Italian Empire ask, on behalf of the Kingdom of Argentina, the entrance of Argentina on the Triple Pact.
And ask to Triple Pact members the recognition of Italian influence over that area.
The Galapagos Italian Military Base, will however still be under the command of Rome.
Italy also recognize the Democratic Repubblic of South America and the Free Repubblic of Incaland.
However we do not recognize the power of the Lima Pact.

We are happy to see that war has been avoid once again. We though are very concerned, because it seems there is always a crisis between the Pact of Freedom and Tripple Pact. We urge that both sides try hard not to do actions that might start war between the two alliances. GDFR forces are maintaining order in the Democratic Republic of South America. We are considering adding them to the Freedom Pact.
To The World: I have a proposal concerning South America. We should form one single nation in South America. It should be part of the neutral alliance, and it should not be influenced by non-neutral nations.
The Nuclear Shield building program is complete. The GDFR is now safe from nuclear attack.
