NUSSR requests the OK for meeting with ULS president at Cairo.

TO ALL NATIONS OF UNIVERSE
NUSSR requests the formation of new Peacekeeping Forces. Units from these forces would be from every Nations of the Universe and if any Nation is under attack from a foreign immediately Peacekeeping Forces would be sent in to defend the attacked country.
NUSSR requests this to show her will of a peaceful world.
If this motion is approved then a Denuclearisation Treaty would be proposed to all Nations on Earth to destroy every Nuke and to prohibit its production.
In this case and only in this case, NUSSR will stop her military building-up.

I think this is the only way to stop this Cold War.

The Chairman has full control over the country, he is also the supreme chief of military. He is also the General Secretary of the Communism Party, president of the General Communist Assembly. He is the real ruler of NUSSR and none can stand against him, not even General Communist Assembly’s members.

To help him, the Politburo, the government, advises him. These ministers are nominated by the Chairman. They are all important Communist figures and members of the General Communist Assembly.
The members of the Assembly can be nominated or removed by the Chairman and can be elected by Soviets. When the Chairman retires or dies, the members of General Communist Assembly choose a new Chairman.

Soviets are comity of communist party members which reunite themselves under the leadership of a politic commissar. Commissars can only receive orders from the Chairman.


Military organization:
As supreme chief of military, the Chairman has under his direct command the whole army. He is helped by his chief of staff who is often the highest-ranking officer. This officer is member of the Politburo and secretary of defense department.
Different officers lead each branch of the Army: Red Army is often under direct command of the chief of staff; then follows Air Force, Space Navy and finally Navy.


Chief of Staff is usually the most popular high-ranking officer in the Army and he is nominated by the Chairman.


Justice:
The Chairman has full control over justice and siege among the Supreme Court as the president. Supreme Court members are members of General Communist Assembly or at least well-known Communist Party members.

Being members of it often allow the right to join the General Communist Assembly.


Administration of Persia and China:
Both countries are under direct command of the Politburo and police is under administration of K.G.B. and Red Army secret services.

Our proposal, as i have just stated it, is to show our free will for now. You would ratify it at Cairo. But we will continue our war-like production. We would offically sign this pact to be a Non-Agression Pact. If this is going well, why not tell our allies to accept the sharing.

Well for Mars: We control already a good part of it and I have the hope that the Martian government will find it good to join us. If not, please do not interfere with our little persuasive manoeuver.

If that's the case Italy will help your nation in the research.
If you want The ISA (Italian Space Agency) would like to install a research base and an assembly factory on your planet.
In exchange for that you may have the 70% of the ships produced in the factory, and your scientist could work together with ours so that both nations will be able to speed up in the Space research.

They asked for the pact, i didn't push it on them. I thought Russia lost her Mars bases in the last war. I don't rule mars i cannot restrict them, theyare a free nation.

We find your naievity amusing. Mars has been dealing with humans for decades and we are as much part of their race as any other. Our cultures have intertwined and we have no fantasies about neu=trality or isolationism.

The NAF station Eagle's Eye isn't the most exciting or luxurious place to meet and all that work there is a skeleton crew. It is secretive though and as close to neutral ground as we'll get on short notice without publicity.
