To Triple Pact:
I don't think the Triple Pact members should follow the same foreign policies.
I think it is good if we stick to a normal Scientific and techonology cooperation, and a defensive military alliance with the possibility in case of an offensive war, for the other members of the Pact to join or not to join in the conflict. (but they still should send war supplies to the allied).

The ISA (Italian Space Agency) has recently developed a new kind of Krypton fueled Spacecraft.
This new spaceship can reach speed of 3'000'000'000 meter per second (that's about 10 times faster than the speed of light) (although if you think it is too much I'll reduce it). This new spacecraft will probably allow us to travel through the many solar systems of the universe.
When tested the spacecraft reached Pluto in just a little more than 1 second, that's an amazing result according to the ISA.

Well that metal is perfect for any weapon design, as it will allow for them to be used almost on every planet of any solar system.
It is also very good for construction when colonising far away and cold planets, as well when colonising very hot planets.

That metal was already sold by Italy to almost all earth nations, and by our source is still very used. I'm sure you'll find it very useful yourself.

If you don't find the metal attractive, we will give you the design of the IP-450 it is the airplane that was used victorious by the Italian forces in the war in Russia.
Although we can not sell you the modern IP-470 plans. (the current one used in the Italian Airforce) as it only for us or our allies to be used.

After the little summary a decision needed to be made.

"Shall we side with the Triple Pact, or should we instead ally with the ULS and Germany?"

"With Germany!" shouted the Internal minister "they are a good example of free and peaceloving nation, but they still are very strong and they'll protect us, and they have powerfull allies"

"No!" declared the Defense minister "Germany and the ULS are too busy colonizing far away planet, and they surely not come to protect us in case of war... The Triple Pact would be the best choice, they are getting stronger and stronger, they are our neighbors... it is better to keep them friendly"

"I think we should stay neutral instead" claimed the Foreign advisor "it wuld be best if our countries will not get involved in any conflict"

"But if somebody attack us... our small army is not able to face the compined military of the Triple Pact, or of the Pact of Freedom"

"No, no and no"

The discussion kept going on for a very long time.

In the end everybody agreed it was better to join another alliance and to leave the Star Researcher Pact soon, especially since a lot of our people are starving to death in this Nuclear winter.

The Anarchy that was going on in Senate was not a good thing for the African Confederation. A decision needed to be take soon.

To NUSSR: Italy of course side with the Triple Pact, and her dearest ally the Australians and the Soviet.
However, we do like to have friends also outside of the alliance.
Italy was gonna share the Krypton propulsion fuels just after the tests with all of the other alliance member, and we are gonna do it now. However we did not like your questioning about which side we are playing for. We should feel offended by that, but for the good of the alliance we will not create a futile incident out of that.
Now that everything is cleared i think we can say "case closed".

We estimate it will take 10 years for out scientist to finish and share the knowledge they have gained with the rest of out planet.

Last SNESA2 it was Captain the NAF leader, he started as canada and he diploannexed the USA and Mexico forming the NAF.

They are the strongest state on Earth (but right now probably NUSSR is superior) but they have no space colonies.

I think that for now the NAF is open, however I hope that Captain will come back and take the NAF back into his control.

To the World: The GDFR denounces the annexation of China by the NUSSR. They did not annex them in a peaceful manner. They merely took advantage of the leader of China's death by moving forces into the country and militarily annexing them, without any say by the people. However, our annexation of the UK was done in a peaceful manner. The people of the UK voted on the matter; they could have declined the proposal if they wanted to. However, they decided to join us instead.

In response to the annexation of China, we are placing a trade embargo on the NUSSR. We are also placing more forces along the NUSSR border, as they clearly plan to invade us.

We do not think there is need to build and mantain a costly defensive line along the Italian - German border, as we think that a war against Germany is very very far from today, or we better say, it will probably never happen. (and anyway, Italy would not be ready for such a huge war, against one of our oldest friend)
