The garrison of Alicate was appalled by the machine gunning of the un-armed party of Spanish businessmen. So outraged that a lone space fighter was sent to punish the Egyptian unit. The Egyptians escalated the situation by firing upon the space fighter. The decision was made to curtail the Egyptian threat in the area. The SAM unit was wiped off the map along with the garrison of the nearby city. The Spanish sufferd no casulties in the encounter and occuppied the Egyptian city.

Indeed, many people found their death in Sinai.
Our troops did succeed in recapturing the city, but it will still take many years to clean up the nuclear fallout created by the attack.

Though Hasdrubal had succeded to organise a great antispy network in his land, chokwaves went through the phoenician people. Chokwaves caused by both the pollutionlevel, information of many lifes lost in other countries, the knowledge that Hamilcar has shown himself for a greater crowd at a market, speaking up against the dictatur - and the answer from the dictatur.

The regime has lost its support among the phoenician people, even the military are now reluctant to follow orders from Chairman Hasdrubal.

If the Sensorium is built by another civ, the Spanish have no alternative but to complete the Eden Project. It is on the build queue and cannot be changed at this time. I also not that despite the recent occurance of flooding worldwide, the pollution meter predicts another disaster in a mere 33 turns.

Phoenicia are close to total panic. The thread has send people out of the largest cities and on the roads.

Many troops has borded ships and forced the crew to sail. Many are heading for small cities - well away of the most possible targets for the green terror.

Scientist, workers and farmers fleed from the Sensorium project and the city - a project so close to be fullfilled, now so long away. They would not work further on that project or even to be close to it - fearing to become dust the next moment they were finished.

Production dropped down in all cities. The economy suffers from people leaving their work.

Scientists and old politicans are working on a new concept of government. But when will this be ready? And would they be able to enforce it - Hasdrubal would probably not resing without fight?

The generals protests open now. Partly becuase of the green terror - though nothing had been done yet, the words alone are terrifying . Partly over Hasdubal's promise for war. The armed forces are certainly not ready for any war. He must be crazy.

The Spanish have no uses for Virtual Democracy at this time. Production output is to slow, and this world has shown itself to be quite violent.

On another front, the world pollution chart has seen a large drop in the number of turns until the next eco-disaster. The number is now eleven turns. This dispite a hugh decrease in the output of toxins by the Phonecians.

As one of his last actions, Hasdrubal ordered workers and scientists back on the Sensorium project.

I don't care anymore. Work now and die later - or die now. Hasrubal is now using his eliteforces to terror the people. Most of the regular troop has left their garrisions and are now beyound Hasdrubals reach.

In the backstage, Hamilcar is waiting with patience. Hasdrubal is indeed his own worst enemy.

The Spanish are actually quite satisfied with the Nanopedia. Fusion tanks in a matter of a few turns isn't bad. And, if I want to build the EdenPproject at some later time, it will take but 8 turns to churn it out. What does disturb the Spanish is the Eco-disaster predicted in eight turns. This one will be a rain of "dead squares" as I remember from APQS. And as for Leon being the top pollutor, the recycling plant will be done in 3 turns.

A dark night, a young man dressed in black climbed the cliffs from the sea to the walls of the dictators palace at Emperors Rest.

The guards didn't notice anything - or didn't want to notice.

In Hasdrubals office, a man sat still - looking as was he a statue. Pale, stiff. The man was the former aggresive and ambitious general of the phoenician armed forces - and now dictator of the nation.

"You" he said, when he spotted the dark ghost. "I have been waiting for you".

"I know - now your time has come. I shall revenge my father - you....."

"Don't be too fast". Hasdrubal draw a small gun from his pocket, pointed it at Hamilcar. A shot was heard.


Later, on a small boat down the coast, Hamilcar's loyal comrades asked what was happened. But he did not answer them. Only one in the world knew - and he wouldn't tell.


The next day - a total collaps of the phoenician communist authorities was a reality.
