Seem like I have to live with this spanish stockdealer a little time more. I have to talk a little with our best lawyer first. We know where this spaniad is, but he claims to have some sort of diplomatic status - sitting behind his desk, smiling. Have to investigate this first.

One task IS going on. We have "demanded" some gold from a spanish company - they paid but unfortunately, they also closed this tradeline. Wonder if it should be nessesary to collect some more gold from other companies or the spanish government will pay a decent sum to keep our diplomatic channels open and end this dispute.

The Spanish "Ambassador" was trying to make a hasty exit from Phoenician lands. But he found himself impeded by unexpected breaks in what he thought was a marvelous transportation system the Phoenicians had built. Perhaps Phoenicians have grown lazy under such an "enlightened" government, and their infrastructure has fallen into disrepair. More likely we are suffering from the results of Egypt's high pollution generated by the push for space. Yes, another eco-disaster has befallen us.

The Spanish does not wish to see any potential customers fall into the sea. So we offer to quickly build the Gaia Controller. All the rest of the world has to do is determine who will give the Spanish the technology to build it. Any gold that may be spared to rush the project along would be appreciated. Our "Branch Offices" in many of your cities have been seeing great amounts of production, and thus pollution, by all the worlds nations. So none are blameless.
