Sure if the most worth coin was 50 drachmas. And given the same situation your inflation would sky rocket unlike the eurozone's.

And we are not talking about coin and note having the same value. but coins have extremely different value which changed in one day.

I disagree. I feel the reason they've never worked is because you never get them. I've only gotten dollar coins at the post office as change. If they are serious about using dollar coins, the one dollar bill has got to go. I've only gotten 1 Sacajewa dollar ever. I decided to keep it since it was neat. Just like I kept a loonie and toonie from Canada.
That and they keep making them the same size as the quarter.

since hiabit creates perceptions and since these perceptions are exploited AND all this creates a REAL result namely inflationatory pressures, the answer is to deal pragmatically with it.
Namely have 1 and 2 euros in notes.
