	Another cloaking thread... Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

The thread entitled "The Jungle Gazette: Name the War Contest II" has cloaked... I cannot find it, going through every thread listed for the past week. It was in the threads that have been posted in within the past 24 hours the last time (about 10 minutes ago) that I visited Apolyton...

This is getting really spooky

And it was sitting happily on the third post down page 2. Oh, don't trust your control panel with the subscribed threads. They come and go at will. You may want to turn off the auto subscribe feature if you haven't already, too. I know I was getting emails like crazy when I first signed up here...

I don't have it turned on... and I *did* check the second page (as I said, I checked every page pertaining the past week of threads). It did not appear *anywhere* - the thread simply ceased to exist for me...

Rats... when I link to the thread using your post, I can't *POST* anything in the thread because it logs me off for that thread... while if I *were* able to link to it from the master list, I'm sure it wouldn't log me off and I could actually post...

I have that happen now and then, but it is usually my own blindness, and I find it on a second look. I had a VERY odd one where a link I had used for ages came back with 'lost thread'...Now THAT was a good one.

If I link to *any* thread from a link in another thread, it logs me off (as a rule). That's just something I've come to live with. What I generally do is just remember the name of the thread and then go to the master list to find it manually... unfortunately, if the thread is cloaked, this doesn't work
