I'm okay with that, would allow the allies to do some lend-lease. Makes things harder for me but oh well.


Btw, here's a world map of the current status I scrounged up using Grothgars world map. Let me know if there's anything wrong with it.

I'm okay with changing the file, BUT it should only be used for this situation and nothing else. Civs shouldn't be trading techs, etc., because it could screw with the balance of the game.

Money can be traded and alliances can be changed, but try to avoid it with the neutrals.

EVERY trade must be posted on the board.

I don't think alliances should be changed at all, but I'm ok with an exception in the case of China.

BTW I forgot to mention that another reason not to have unit gifting is that Lend-Lease is simulated by freight, which can be dealt with by German and Japanese submarines and ships. Unit gifts would just get "beamed" over to the receiver.

*There is NO changing of alliances except with the case of Japan and China

*There is NO trading of technology or units

*Money can be traded by anyone to anyone, also a way to show Lend-Lease

Is that ok for everyone?
