That's certainly not true. As late as 1944, they launched a large offensive in China.

Well Pavlov, you really scared the shyte out of me, but...
- Moscow recaptured! This month tanks and artillery from Gorky, Kalinin, and Kirov, hundreds of planes from Kursk and Kazan, and hundreds of tanks and artillery pieces left north of Kalinin from the attack on Novgorod all converged on Moscow in a great patriotic struggle to liberate our capital. We had originally placed troops to the east in order to counterattack against Kalinin should it be captured, but with the surprising fall of Moscow they were all simply given a new target.
The tally of casualties suffered by Army Group Mitte were five divisions of Panzer IV tanks, four obsolete divisions of Panzer III's, and two fighter squadrons. Some very heavily damaged bombers were also shot out of the sky near the city.
Moscow's new garrison is now far more powerful than it was before Hitler's piss-poor assault on the city. He would be wise to retreat to Minsk and regroup before Army Group Mitte is completely trashed in another attempt to take Moscow or Kalinin. I have a serious surprise coming for you next month...
- Meanwhile, Army Group Dnieper (recently renamed from AG Don, and soon to be renamed AG Danube ) continues to gobble up thousands of fascist swine. A division of Panzer IV tanks was destroyed south of Odessa, and two armored divisions were destroyed near the ruins of Kharkov. Panzer III tanks north of the city surprisingly threw back our troops, however. Fortunately, a brave division of our infantry volunteered to go behind enemy lines and cut the railroads supporting those divisions.
Odessa has been handsomely reinforced, and the remainder of our massive southern armies are licking their wounds for a continued drive for the Ploesti oilfields and further objectives in the Balkans. A strange and dangerous strategy, for us to go for Belgrade when the Nazis are still at the gates of Moscow, but hey, I'm too impatient to send all my armies north.
- No progress in Norway, except for sinking the u-boat that sank the last capital ships of our Baltic fleet.
- Much to our surprise, Polikarpov fighters en route to the Eastern Maritime District have spotted thousands of Chinese soldiers marching into Mongolia! Upon receiving these reports, Stalin was forced to send his diplomats to [whatever the hell their capital was after Nanking fell] and issue a formal declaration of war. The discontinuation of our alliance forced many of their armies to return to Hohot, buying us some time.
Chiang Kai-Shek can rest assured that we are prepared to throw off any pathetic attemt to attack us, and it will only be a matter of time before we are prepared to invade China proper. However, we are willing to sign a new peace treaty if he is willing to withdraw in acknowledgement of his error.
(Choke, what the hell were you thinking when you said about the other game, "we can help you conquer Russia". Didn't you think that'd make me suspicious when I'm playing Russia and you China in another game? That quote is making me mighty suspicious of Japan now too... )

Well thanks for posting PMs in threads Darius .
His Excellency President Chiang Kai-Shek is not afraid of idol threats from despotic autocrats who's capital was recently captured. However if Russia goes to war with China which would be nothing but an act of aggression and indecency from the Communist butchers.

President Chiang has decided that perhaps his words were too harsh, he wishes for peace with Russia.

BTW, sorry about taking so long with this turn, I had a very fun and very drunk last 4 days.
I've been working on fixing the rules files, because there was a few errors, so I am posting the new ones, but DO NOT update them yet. We are just going to wait until we switch to April, so after this round of turns, in this month.
You can put them in your folder, and overwrite the ones that are currently in there, but DO NOT run the 2194Days.bat file.
Thanks Guys,
Pap
