Shipping is to an US address, but paid with a European credit card. And the friend who is bringing it over is leaving the US on the 4th

I preordered mine from EB Games and selected overnight delivery....couldn't wait an extra day or anything....

Just checked my order status and it is currently on the Fedex truck to be delivered to me this morning. Being the narcacist that I am, I actually had it delivered to me at work so that I could get a look at it 4 hours before I get home.

I'm a sick, sick man.....

Pissing and moaning to myself for letting my wife talk me into plans for this evening so I don't even get to try it out tonight.....AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHH!

I preordered mine through EB games...Yesterday when I checked my status it had my order on HOLD as well. I called to find out why and was told that it was because I was having it shipped to a different location that the billing address on the card. Seems that this is standard procedure for their Loss and Prevention Department. I was told it could take 1 to 3 business days to get that approved.

So I quickly tried to order it through best Buy.com, but all they had on their site was the GOTY edition...being released some time next month. I have already seen that in stores.

So I tried calling them to get some more info and was told the same thing. They truly are slow!

By the time I finished with Best Buy I was so frustrated that I was going to cancel my EB order and just go buy it at the local EB...fiugred I would get it sooner and save the shipping charges. Went back to web to cancel it and it had shipped already!

Well - the game is now available in a pirated version, that I'm testing right now. Now before you scream bloody murder, I do have a preorder waiting for the original game to arrive any day. I'm just too impatient with this game However, I do not condone pirating games and depriving developers of their honest money.

And I must say it looks wonderful so far, although I haven't spent much time yet. Looks like money well spent on the preorder
