If I may address my fellow TTA (name to be changed soon) members, I would like to point out the folly of burning bridges before they're even built. I think a trash talking thread is pretty funny but I believe the TTA are more refined and should rise above this petty bickering.

(I'm also laughing to myself thinking about how the Glory of War team will probably have the worst start out of all of us in the game and how quickly a 'glorious war' against them will be won! Muwahaha)

As for the Role-Play team, half our team will likely be preoccupied with trying to kill EACH OTHER by the time our first war starts.... who knows if our internal bloodshed will make us more suited for external warfare or not....

Hmm...Meshelic peeks into the future, and sees: the RolePlay team fall apart due to a never-ending cycle of government change and roleplay character assassination. The Glory of War get the worst start on the map, stuck on a remote desert island far away from the rest of the teams, Trip's Team get's ganged up on by all the AI players (along with the still-debating-the-name TTA), which of course brings up the Builder team who never really had a chance anyways....

So I guess that leaves the TTA to reign supreme. Face the facts guys, there's no other real option out there. I have seen it in my future-telescope, given to me by great mystical wise men.

I don't know what sort of chance we have given the tendency of the competition to be extremely warlike (with the exception of the builders), but I just wanted to say that I hope that you find it in your hearts to let our happy little civ live a long and interesting life.

I'm sure that we will entertain you at least half as much as we'll entertain ourselves.

Togas you're roleplay team is an imaginative and accomplished team (with the players you've got on your team I doubt you can get away with calling yourself 'little'). You're experience in this inter-Apolyton game will probably be very fruitful and enjoyable regardless of how you die in the end. which I do in fact mean to say that roleplay is a huge amount of fun and just the stories and history and inner-civ roleplaying that you make is probably going to be just as entertaining as the game itself, in my opinion.

My favorite times in the C3DG were when I roleplayed. That was to me one of the most enjoyable aspects of the game.
