yea, seriously. do you think you're going to make it to ICBMs? it's a great concept, in theory, but ancient / mideval wars will decide a lot of this game.

and i HARDLY think the BUILDERS team (legoland, whatever) will be one to make it into the modern age, if ANYONE makes it at all.

i mean, LOOK AT MY AVATAR FOR CHRISTS SAKE. DO YOU THINK A BUILDER CAN STAND UP TO THAT WITHOUT SOILING HIMSELF?

That's an interesting proposition, I had not thought of that.

I would be interested in delving into a Gathering Storm/ Glory of War alliance further, it definitely deserves merit.

Perhaps we would help GS take out Lux Vaseline and GS could help us take out the Legomaniacs and "Fairyland"?

As Foreign Minister of the Gathering Storm I urge all GS members to refrain from commenting on the recent talk of alliances with/against the other teams.

In due time the Gathering Storm will open diplomatic negotiations with ALL teams, but this in not the time nor the place.

I urge the representatives of the Glory of War, Lux Invictica, RolePlay Team and Legoland to follow suite and ask that their members refrain from discussing such issues at this time.

I would also like to ask that all teams encourage their chosen diplomat/ambassador/foreign minister to step forward and make themselves known, so that further diplomatic proceedings may continue with official precendence.

I have no problem with trash talking between team members,

But once alliances, treaties or any other agreement between teams is discussed, then that is under the juridiction of the diplomats, or otherwise appointed representatives of the teams themselves.

I've given myself some pretty beefy stats, especially combat ones, and I can do 3d6+11 points of bashing damage to you and your undead minions! Plus my THAC0 is only 7, and you're not wearing armor so I can easily smite you with a simple roll of the dice ....

The keyboard is significantly more powerful than either the pen or the sword... but I'm on the roleplay team and we don't know about that yet (not for a few millennia yet, assuming we survive that long...)

That said, it remains the case that the power of one person's voice can be far more powerful than the power of the individual swords carried by those who listen to it...

Ways to kill others with a library....

1) Burn them at the stake over a bonfire of books.

2) Tip a 30 foot shelf of books on top of them.

3) Hold them down and commence to paper-cut them to death.

4) Drop a 16-ton book on their head.

Unfortunately, most of these methods require the victim to be asleep in order for you to accomplish them.
