Markos, that brings up a good point. How is pathfinding? How do your units move around one another? In some games it takes forever for them to get around one obstacle or make their way through a whole in the wall, how about in RoN?

you get these kinds of issues(but not too disturbing) with large units(tanks, etc), not with citizens... |
Thats what it is in other games, the large units give problems for movement and for order. You say not too big of issues, well I hope not.
I guess one reason it might not be as big of a deal is that there are no walls in RoN and that eliminates a lot of the problems involving pathfinding. So I am hopeful but even in WC3 there are some pretty big issues of units deciding to go way around an object because they cannot get around at first.

I am fairly confident that I have read that there are no walls. Yes, forts and probably towers but not walls. It allows more fluid battles and such. Unless this has changed, but look at any screen, you see any walls?

you click on units or building to attack them
you have several options from standing ground to aiming to units or buildings...

each unit moves at it's own speed. they generally keep their formation if they are not interrupted(attacked, etc)

you can separate them into groups(usually depending on their type(infantry, artillery, tanks, etc)) and it's more effective this way.
