	Who should control the unconventional units? Remove this text

Several people voted in the poll to decide the ministers the governement our DG will have.

But some stuff is being discusses and our dividing our community.
One of this stuff is to decide who should control the uncoventional warfare units (except settlers).

Here is a summary of the ministery of our government and their function (I have propositaly not added the uncoventional warfare control in any of the positions) so that you can decide in which position we should add the control of uncoventional units.

President

Minister of Defense
- Military Units

Minister of Domestic Affairs

- City Management, specialists
- City placement/naming, settlers

Minister of Infrastructure
- Terraforming/Infrastructure

Minister of Trade, Science and Diplomacy

Difficuilt question: I think it depends on the type of unit for example a spy can lay a nuke in a city that would be the task of the Minister of Expansion. Stealing advances is the task of the Science Minister. The diplomat has to be under the controll of the Minister of Diplomacy. The settler should be under the controll of the Minister of Domestic Affairs actual it should be under the controll of the Expansion Minister, but actual the Expansion Minister is responsible for the Expansion by military means. What will you do with the slaver if you use it it will provoke a war, but it will increase the size of our cities. So if you look closer every special unit will belong to one of these positions you mentioned Pedrunn. So the sollution is to make it unit dependent which persion will controll them.

I would agree with you but having a list of which unit you can move can became a bit confusing. I do believe we should choose one to control and listen other minister suggestions. But i dont know what others will think

half of the citzens have voted that the Minister of Diplomacy and Trade shall control the uncoventional unit. This has been added to the article already and i guess it is case (and poll) closed.
