Aight, here we go.
Here's a civdip offer of alliance, Choke. Since we're already using it I thought you could hand over Bulgaria with it so that the cities don't get wrecked. Once my Serbian units are all rehomed we can use civdip to hand over Serbia.

I cannot upload the file.There is no way that I can see to attach to the post.Grrrr.
This may sound like a dumb question,but how do you upload and attach the file?
By the way-there is no browse button at the bottom of the post composition-unless I am just missing something.

I cant seem to find out why I cant upload a file and attach it to a post.Maybe its my browser,I am using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0.Suggestions ?
