Indonesian government said to Russia that they should translate all messages they sends into every language which are spoken in Indonesia by at least 1% of the population and only then wait answer. Polytologists things this is yet another attempt of the Indonesia to gain time.

Greenland suggests Free World to also sign the New North America agreement:
Come on... verybody signed it, even Japan proposed help. You, as the country of free people, should encourage such decition. Most likely most states you control would like to stay in Free World anyway...

NES - Never Ending Story
It is like a role-playing game, but there are no dice or anything. Everybody rules their country and says what they are doing in each post. NES-mod (me in this NES, but could be different in other NESes) posts maps of the world under his/her posts. Wars could also arise between countries. NES-mod or other users stops people from making unrealistic claims (like "I invade and defeat country_x immidietly"), thus game remains realistic. Each country also has stats (differs in different NESes, but mostly includes navy, army and air force size) which helps to decide the outcome of wars. Diplomacy between countries is done via posts.

Yup . I'd probably suggest you to have Australia, as it is currently the biggest still unruled country. If you like you can also choose Burma, Greenalnd or Indonesia. Others aren't signigficant, thus I wouldn't recommend them.

OOC: You mean at the same time? OK. Also, how do I "improve" intelligence or whatever? Does it go up a level each time I say I want to improve it? WHen can I imrpove it? How do I shift governments? How do I find a countries stats? How do I know if I will/won't be defeated? How can I make a good guess? What do you mean major projects? Also, don't you think Russia is a bit...big?

OOC: by improving you have to post in your posts something like "Australia is going to improve it's intelligence to medium in the following years. "That costs much, but we can handle it - says the prime minister"", etc. As for what can be improved and what would be too much, just have the common sense and everything should be OK and realistic. As for governments, you can shift anytime, you'd have to post something like "There was a revolution in Australia, terrorists overpowered government and installed a dictatorship". Of course, revolutions can't happen too frequently and other countries might not recognise the ne w government, etc. Yet again, just have common snese on what is realistic and what isn't. As for projects, I meant mostly size improvements. Russia is big mostly because it annexed this much of land in wars, etc. You may read some pages of this NES for more info how everything goes on and sizes, etc. I now have to go to sleep .

Moon base established by Japan. The colony will be multipurpose and expansion is planned to make it a fully functional and adaptable institution to whatever needs it must fulfill. It is mainly civilian but it is government administered and the military has a presence there. One half of the Lunar northern hemisphere near side and one half of the northern hemisphere dark side have been claimed for Japan and Japanese interests (For total of 1 quarter of moon’s surface claimed by Japan.) Further development has been allotted to private groups with the government’s permission, which so far are planning an additional 4 semi-autonomous lunar colonies within the next 20 years. The newest target for Japan’s space agency is Mars, with projects in progress which, if everything goes according to plan, will culminate in a base similar to the current Lunar one within 14 years. An ambitious private Japanese group, with a limited amount of support from the government space agency, is planning to establish an (possibly several) asteroid base(s), but this is still in very early development stages and will probably not occur for another 15-20 years.

To Free World from Japan (SECRET):

Certainly. You may of course invest in our moon base (and our future moon bases) and add structures/purchase space, but that is mostly in the private sector now. Japan will retain administrative control of the base and the right to veto any addition or activity we consider harmful, but any investment or improvement you make in the general base structure vicinity will retain a degree of autonomy as is accorded to private individuals (as any endeavor by your government or individuals/institution from your country would probably be classified as.)
As for your own base, we propose a similar setup, except that the roles would be reversed. You would have administrative powers and we would be investors. Our base was intentionally sited close to the border of our land claim, so you could claim the land adjacent to it and once the bases get off the ground we could begin connecting them. We could also let you use our space program facilities or help you in developing your own for a very moderate price: just operating costs. How does all of this sound to you?

Small, but steady resistance in former CSA from Ku Klux Klan and American Liberation Organisation remains. KKK requests de facto removal of troops and re-creation of CSA territories, ALO requests recreation of USA.

Greenland is accused of settling northern islands of Russian-controlled Canada. It seems that Greenland tries to take Northern Canada by non-military means, by settling it with own citizens (eskimos). In the newly created Greenlandic settlements in north Canada everything is like in Greenland - Greenlandic money is being used, etc. Huge distances of Canadian coast makes the area hard to control for Russian army.

Russia has no interests in the US and would like to move our troops out, once it is safe and secured and must be able to stand alone once we depart. As for Canada, they joined us, we did not ask them we did not force, they came to us and wanted to join. So now they are under our protection. Anybody who tries to disturb the peace in Russian Canada will not be tolerated.

Russin (eskimos) sends its own immigrants into northern Canada. The new immigrants were given land grants and money to begin their lives on the islands. The new immigrants bring the more stronger Russian economy into the islands.

More military bases established on Canadian islands, special troops trained for the climate...snowmobiles, helicopters, etc.

That's exactly what japan wants. we only want China if they are willing to join Japan. If it is found that a majority of IRF china wishes to join Japan, then we will pay for it (as long as the price is reasonable). If IRF China prefers to go to Russia (or set up their own state, or whatever) then we will leave it alone.
