HISTORICAL REPORT!!

AS scientopia accepted the AI's proposal for use Erebus for "preserve the earth ecologic balance" as a unilateral action. Also this include the possibility for the AI's for auto-use it if more than 50% scientopist can't be replaced.

For start the use, they destroyed the nuclear fields of Chernobyl (Novaya Russia), Three Mile Island (NATC) and Bagdad (Arab Caliphate). These plants were totally obsolete. 0 deaths (they advised with 24 hours prorrogables to 48).

MORE NEWS:

NC-0 and NC-1 are finished. Their names will be Maud and Ross respectively. They will contain about 4 millions each in a new design of domes. The new 4 AI's just entered in "Gold" version and now have total access to the AS network.

The estimations shows that Maud will be 50% African, 50% Roman, when Ross near to 100% Asian with some Turkic (like always). "Ross" name could be changed to an oriental name if the new neighbours want. They're mainly from the disappeared China.

Due to the new SIM and Caliphate reinforcements, Poland has been liberated!

Spain, Portugal, and the former yugoslav republics have voted (willlingly or forced) to join NATC.

Romanian and Bulgarian forces have met heavy resistence in Austria and have been forced to retreat.

NATC and French forces are currently engaged in very bloody fighting into the pyrenees (or however you spell it).

To Antartica: What the hell? are you threatening us? We are running a program to upgrade to the most powerful/efficient energy systems available to us. We don't dictate what you do in your nation, so either leave us alone or if you are truly sincere donate some of your technology for improvement. As to the Manchuria zone, it is part of Japan, and you will get it as soon as you pay for every yen of its worth, and no sooner.

To Rest of world except EU: We would like to pursue friendly relations and trade with all of you. Japan is open to full economic cooperation.

Japan military budget increased moderately, but main focus is still on domestic improvement and civil economy/industry, especially in uninproved Manchuria. There is also a project going on that is researching the engineering feasibilities of making "Sea Domes" on the continental shelves and shallow water areas as colonies of Japan.

Current military improvement budget is 30% for airforce, 30% for navy, 20% for army, and 20% for unconventional weapons.

NATC has presented to the EU the following proposal:

Italy may join the CAliphate. All of the others may join NATC. All other captured lands will be kep by teh CAliphate and NATC.

OOC: I'm pretty sure they will accept, these are pretty lenient terms...should trickey be the one to accept or should it be the individual countries or what? Eitehr way, Sonic will secide what the individual couintries do when he gets back. My prediction: Estonia, Finland->Russia, Scandinavia unites into the Scandinavian league, France->NATC, rest remain independent (Italy is strongly Catholic and i'd highly doubt it would join the Caliphate.)

We too fear the country of Antartica, they have gone to far. With the EU defeated we see no need to spend troops to the area, but we could send a peacekeeping force after the war ends. We will support you fully in a war with Antartica and will commit ground troops to the figthing, but we must come up with a plan, for the way the weather is on Antartica it will be hard to stop them.

Here's a proposition for you:

you must-
1. Cease all attacks on all countries with any type of weaponry for any purpose. If you want something changed, use diplomacy. (No more threats against us!)
2. Keep all of your sattelites south of 60 degrees latitude S so that we can be sure you won't use your weapons on us but you can still keep them for self defense.

In return-
Japan will have economic/industrial/scientific cooperation with AS and perhaps we can even work on some type of joint Space project or joint cooperation on sea domes. This will also ease tensions considerably with rest of world if you comply.

NATC special forces (but people don't know that's what they are) have stormed the AS bases on Greenland and declared the new independent nation of Greenland, which is actually secretly part of NATC.

To ALL except AS (SECRET): Well it seems there is virtually unanimous support for ridding the world of this menace. I suggest that we first destroy the satellites. I have been secretly working on a program to have armed short-range spacecraft that could destroy them. It should be done in a few years.

SECRET: NATC begins focusing almost all of its military resources into developing space weapons.
