Operation Heat Up has been cancelled. This is due to the japanese and Russian expansion into Anatratica. Caliphitate sends the new 28th Army to Anatratrica and sets up bases their. The formation of the new Caliph super dome in Anartica is to continue. Caliph scientists visit the ruins of the old AS capital, near the construction oif the Capliph Super Dome. They have seen the Erebus and has started studying it.

Meanwhile the Caliphaite has begun invasions of the new United States. They have caputed Washipngton Dc and most of the Eastern Seaboard due to the fact most of the US army is against NATC MExico. Meanwhile the 20th and 21st armies annexed former AS occupied India. The Free World government of India was destryed in AS attacks and therefore The Caliphiate has annexed this territory outright.

To NATC: We ask to allow Caliphaite annexation of the Eastern US. You can have the rest, and canada will be liberated with help from Caliphjaiet blood. No chemical weapons will be used.

THe Free World Army is also now sending scientist and millitary personal to set up a dome in Antarctica.
Also the Airforce and Navy are now being in larged, and will reach large size in about 5 years time.
The new HIV cases have been droping every year since the introduction of the HIV vacince. Due to this many companies around the world have started to invest once again in the Free World. Since most of the World is at war with each other, and the Free World is the only country untouched my war, many compies see that it is very wise to start investing in the Free World, thus The Free World Confederation is undergoing a economic boom, the likes which have never been seen it that area.

Japan, not having much of a choice in the matter, accepts all the other countries' sorties into Antartica, but still maintains its claims to and continues to rebuild several of the old AS bases and has a presence in all of them, for the time still leading in data recovery.

From Japan to all nations with presence in Antartica:

We would like to cooperate on the matter of the former AS equipment and technology. We certainly don't want to see violent conflict over this new land race in Antartica, so we propose that we equally divide up the continent so that each of us have an equal share to build on and exploit and no one may do anything on anyone else's land with the exception of the surviving AS bases, which will remain free to salvage to anyone for the next 5 years, after that only that nation that has the land it rests on may access it.

To Free World:

We are also not partaking in any wars and have an interest in properity and development. Trade and economic/scientific/industrial exchange would benefit us both. For example, we could work together on our Antartic expeditions or you could join our space project. What do you say?

The Caliphiate intellegince service has intercepted some Japanese coded messages to their lackeys in Anatrtica. The Japanese still don;t know that caliph services have been able to decode some of their encoders and therefore block some Japanese efforts to gain entry to the capital.

To Japan: In order for you to enter the Caliphiate territory on Anatartica we ask you to pay us 50 million Arabias a head, a week. If this is not paid your scientists will once again be deported from the sovereign Caliphiate territory.

The US government has sued for peace after the comnbined weight of the Caliphiate, NATC and Russia has crushed their resistance. The following break-up of the US territories has occured.

To NATC: Canada and the North-Western States of the US (Washyington to Western Michigan), along with Baja California.
Caplihiate: Eastern US states, from Maine to Florida, and Lousiana, Eastern Tennesse, Eastern kentucky, Eastern Ohio and Southern Michigan.
Novya Russia: Alaksa
United States is to retain all other former US states. The capital is to be established at Denver. Each state except Colorado will hold a referendum to either stay in the Union, form an independent country or join the NATC.

The japanese intelligence is good and getting better, while its possible you will intercept and interpret a message every once in a while, it seems extremely unlikely that you will find and decipher the one exremely sensitive message I send and uncover the links i made with the AI core. Remember, these scientists, in the course of their work, were sending huge quantitites of data, getting the heavily crypted message and deciphering it and then sifting through all the wreckage, both physical and electronic, of the AS computers to find every single tap the Japanese placed is taking advantage of the information you have by reading the post but aren't supposed to have as a character/nation. Please edit your post to be a little more realistic.

Plus i don't how much 50 million Arabias works out to be in real terms of that world's economy.

This is the proposed treaty for Anatratica. Map colours are the same for the main one. The capital of AS is the white dot.

A price of 50 million arabias a week for 5 people is charged for any non Russian non Caliphiate, non Free World scientists to enter the AS capital dome. Any illegal uploading will be an act of war. Any illegal downloading will be an act of war. The scientists are to be unarmed and to be escoprted by 20 soldiers to one armed escort all the time. If their country does not cointiue to pay then they will be deported.

USA army invades Florida, however looses much of it's mainland territory to the Caliphate. Ku Klux Klan overthrows government in Texas and declares new Lone Star Republic which immidietly gives the following messages to all major states:

Germany refuses to surrender to Russia, Scandinavia refuses to join Russia but wants to keep close relations.

To the world: We cannot accept this peace with the US. We want:
Reparations paid to NATC, Russia, and Caliphate, especially the Caliphate.
A constitutional amendment making it much harder to go to war.
Alaska to Russia, Hawaii to NATC as independent member
Limitations in military size: army limited to large, navy to medium, airforce to small.
A constitutional amendment giving states the right to secede and/or join other nations.

We will not accept any treaty in which any land other than Alaska and Hawaii are forced to join any nation. The states may choose to join otehr nations but we will not accept a forced takeover of states like teh Caliphate proposes.

To France: You may join the Confederation if you wish for protection from Germany.

Russian scientists have been investigating AS domes in all of Antarctica as well. The Russians were also lucky enough to find an underground dome-like facility, possibly built in the case of a major strike by outside forces. This information not revealed to anyone. They've begun downloading and deciphering gigantic amounts of information available in this underground facility. Some believe it is linked to many other domes throughout the continent and contains certain emergency information not many others knew of.

More reinforcements sent to Russian China. Invasion totally expected, element of surprise...impossible.

Bombing increased in Germany, mostly German coasts. Plans for invasion halted.

To Scandinavia:
If you wish not to join Russia then we must request payments for our sacrifices in preventing your nation from becoming a German state. You do realize that if we withdraw, your nation can not withstand another German attack. This is the last time, we will not come to the rescue again. We thought you would join Russia, but instead you call for help then kick us out. Major payments will be expected. We will not sacrifice any more lives for foreign nations. We will withdraw and release German prisoners, and once we do you will be on your own. We sacrifice our isolationism and our sons and fathers, and we get nothing. The Caliphaite Armies in North America along with the new armies from the Japanese border, have started to push back largely inferior US forces. The US Air Force has been destroyed by Scud missile attacks, and the Caliph's forces have driven the US from the State of Florida. Meanwhile a blitz accross the great tank country of the Mid-West has captured the city of Denver from the US.
