Yeah, she can't be that tall by the nature of the clothes she is wearing...it is far more likely the other woman is very short...if she was that tall she wouldn't be able to get clothes in her size like that. She is probably tall but not that tall...there was a lass at the department I used to work at who must have been about that size...

About 25 years ago, when I was working in San Francisco, there was a woman who worked in the downtown area (Embarcadero center) who was right around 6' 8" or 6' 9" tall. (yes, I know this is SF, but she actually was female ). Nearly waist length blonde hair, but her clothes most have been tailor made.

This is just scaling and pasting in photoshop, no biggie.
